These guys are thorough and just amazing people. Their customer service is unbeatable. They took the time to diagnose a water leak and replaced my windshield for free to do it (after having been misdiagnosed beforehand and having my windshield replaced by them). They’re awesome! I highly recommend them for all your auto glass and car inspection needs!

This company doesnt do auto glass service only, It also does state vehicle inspections and that is what I had done there. The service and personnel were both great.

Nice place. Had some hail damage on my truck and originally had the work on my back glass done by ASAP glass in Sulphur. ASAP had screwed my glass up and Novus replaced it and did a great job. Thanks again.

We were on I-10 from Beaumont to New Orleans for vacation when an 18-wheeler hit some lumber that was on the shoulder causing it to bust through our windshield. My insurance wanted to set us up with an appointment to get it fixed and the next available time was a full week away. We had an actual hole through the glass so that wasn’t an option. We started calling every glass shop in a 30 mile radius. When we called Novus, Jennifer was extremely helpful, told us that they had the windshield that we needed in stock, and that they’d be able to do it that same day. She was so comforting, caring, and helpful. When we pulled in, she came out from the office to check on us and make sure we were okay. She made our insurance claim painless. We were back on the road in just over an hour, and they warranty the work for as long as we own the vehicle. At the end of the day, it’s all about how you treat people - and these guys were amazing during a traumatic situation for us.

My area had a major storm on Thursday night. Novus was booked solid Friday but opened anyway on Saturday to help fix their customers vehicles. The owners are local, nice, and most importantly, honest. I would highly recommend Novus in Sulphur for all of your vehicle glass repairs.

Very nice people. Good customer service. Highly recommended over sulphur glass. Sulphur glass would not look at my wind shield and help. I set in sulphur glass waiting for woman for long time to look at my windshield until I walked out. I was only customer there. Will definitely be back to novus if need anything.

Employee decided what should go on my truck as if she owned for the vehicle!I had a appointment setup for 10 June 2019to have my truck windshield replace due to hail damage. I had instructed the lady on the phone that I wanted the window with the factory blue tint for the bow tie area. The day came which is today, I handed her all the information with my truck keys and informed her that I want a new inspection sticker also.Once I was informed that the windshield was set in place, I asked if I can see how the tint looks on the window, the employee the informed me that they did not install the windshield as I stated I wanted due it was not available.I informed her who gave her permission as you did not contact me to get my permission to order a windshield that I do not want. The truck is my property not yours to decide what is done to it. She stated sorry which as I stated means nothing to which I now have to go somewhere else to get her intentional mistake corrected.I was a returning customer from a previous year and had great service but I will not return there and will spread the word of how they conducted their business this time round.
