Had a screw in my tire. Called to see if they could repair my tire. Spoke to Jayson and told me to come by. Even though they were super busy, Jayson was able to fit me in and fix my tire. Extremely friendly and really care about their customers. Highly recommend this place.

This place is always great! Every time I call, the person on the phone, doesn’t matter who it is, they’re always nice, professional and very knowledgeable. The service in person is also just as great. Plus, they do good quality service on top of it and will come and talk to you if they find something that calls for your (vehicle owner) before they proceed. Excellent customer service. I ordered a tire from Amazon & had to schedule an install time. The tire came in earlier than expected so I call Mavis Tire & spoke to Zack who told me to come on in & we will take care of you. Boy did they ever, my husband was in & out in less than 30 minutes & back on the road. I went in to change one tire in the back and to have my tires rotated . Zach saw that my front tires were dangerously bald and informed me that it wouldn’t be safe for that rotation. I ended up with 3 new tires and an alignment. All the staff are professional and friendly. Recommend 100%

I took my car because it had a wobble in the front end. I would’ve bought new tires but they did an alignment and a couple of other things and said I could still get a little wear out of my tires and was good to go. It was still driving funny so I checked them myself when I got home. I have wires showing and chunks of tire missing. Don’t trust their judgement because they said the guy just missed this when he was rotating tires. This was a complete waste of money and time for me.

We were evacuated from New Orleans due to Hurricane Ida and enroute to Houston, TX. My father got a nail in his tire and was losing air. He pulled into Mavis and they promptly took care of his tire and plugged it. Once finding out my father was evacuating the told there was no charge for the plug and they just hope he stays safe. Mavis is a very professional and very courteous and truly good people. The tire is plugged and holding and I would highly recommend Mavis to anyone that has tire issues.

Very helpful. They changed the brakes on my car very quickly, while changing the brakes they noticed my wheel bearing was bad. They were quick to fix both of my vehicle’s problems. Amazing communication and very polite.

We were coming back from Florida on a Sunday and still had a day of driving to go when our car started giving us trouble. Everyplace for miles was closed on Sunday or couldnt take us that same day. Alexis in Sulphur answered and sweetly reassured us that we would be seen and helped. Jayson and Greg did a wonderful job of assessing, diagnosing, and fixing the problem. They communicated with us the whole way through and it was a fantastic experience. The price couldnt have been better. They were also wonderful with our young sons. I couldnt recommend this place more.

Mavis in Sulphur is excellent!! They are my go to shop for a lot of things on my car. They have put new tires on, fixed flats, done brakes and changed my rotors. Whenever I have scheduled an appointment they are always on time and when I just stopped in for a tire repair I have waited minimal time . Their employees go above and beyond to be helpful and honest. In times where it is a challenge to find good customer service, the staff at Mavis go above and beyond!! So thankful to have found them!!!

They got me in within a couple of days. They were very pleasant and explain to me the process. They showed me the repairs and explained why they needed to be done. Having mechanical experience and normally changing my own brakes rotors and calipers. They were right on the money what was wrong. They did not push extra things and the job was well done.

The sales person behind the desk was very friendly when I went in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The wait time was actually very good that day. I am giving them 1 star because a few days later my oil pressure warning came on and told me to stop vehicle. I was 70 some miles away from home on a day that the heat index was way past 100. I had my 2 year old grandson with me. We were stranded because when Mavis Tire changed my oil they did not put the oil cap back on. I had to add 5.5 quarts of oil to my vehicle. My engine and car are an oily mess. I called Mavis Tire and let them know what happened. They did apologize and told me that next time I come in oil change would be free. But that is no guarantee as all the proof she would give me is to tell them that Alexis said it is free.

Kept truck for 5 days just for struts and alignment. When finally picking up truck and them saying truck was good, the whole front tire was tilted in. Never again with this place.

Great Service. Had me in and out quick. Found 2 screws in my tire patched it and sent me in my way. Only costed ke 24.95.

I ran over a screw on a Saturday night in Lake Charles and found to my dismay there are very few places open. I did not want to have to make the drive to sulphur but am glad that Mavis was open. They were pleasant and competent over the phone and in person. Twenty minutes and $22 later I was good to go.

I’ve had an awful experience with Mavis in the past. I truly believe Joy needs to lead the customer service quality assurance across the country and spread her superior customer service and cheer. She and her team set a standard that reset all the horrible experiences I’ve had with northern Mavis’s.Joy truly appreciate you and your team, with Zack and Michael, for taking the extra steps to insure my vehicle was safe. 💕

They did much better than anyone else in the area. My tires came in when it was expected to and replaced on time for a reasonable amount and they gave me the product I had ask for.

We have been to this place 3 times since August because we have bad luck with flats apparently, but every time has been smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend for either fixing or just buying new tires all together.

Top notch service! We couldn’t have been happier with the level of professionalism and speedy service. After seeing other reviews we have figured out that we were probably met in the parking lot by Joy who is the manager. We had suffered a tire failure on our race car trailer on IH10 and lucky found Mavis Tire Shop. Joy saw us pull in. Asked us what we needed. She knew in her head what she had in stock and by the time we pulled out the damaged tire and removed the spare, they had two tires pulled. We had tires mounted, back on the trailer, paid, and on the road in 30 minutes tops. Joy runs a tight ship and we were super satisfied.

Came in for a simple oil change and to check out some leaking I had under my car and the oil change was super fast and the leaking ended up not being a leak at all. A Mr. Kai showed and explained to me what it was and that there was nothing to worry about

If you can go somewhere else DO IT! Paid $56 dollars & Waited over an hr and 30mins to get a tire patched only to find out that SAME afternoon that the tire didn’t get patch and I had a FLAT! I checked the tire and a found where the air was coming out of and they obviously did nothing to the tire! Check on your vehicle when they’re doing the service and double check the work done because these people are lazy! No way they couldn’t have seen the nail on my tire. At least Counter people were nice But that’s about it.
