The ladies working there are very knowledgeable and if you need help they will help you. The only issue I find is the store is pretty small so social distancing is difficult to do during Covid-19.

So Im in Sallies hair store in Sulphur by Krogers and Im looking for sun shades and comb and brush...I ask the woman do they have black charcoal soap....this woman deadass looked at me and said we dont have much stuff for the ethnic crowd I was on facetime with my friend and hes like did she really just say what I think...I was so shame😒😒😒😒😒I would never go again

The manager Cindy was extremely rude. Very impatient. I was trying to exchange something and the first thing out of her mouth was how she wasnt giving me any cash and besides that I didnt even have my receipt. I looked at her and told her yes I did have my receipt and I didnt want my money back I just wanted the exchange. Again VERY RUDE.

Unfortunately, not very knowledgeable staff, really just focus on selling expensive products. They are very helpful for spending money!

Dont go close to closing time because more than likely they are already closed. If their time says open till 6 PM then when I show up there at 5:50 PM they should still be open but theyre not. Dont post business hours if youre not going to abide by them
