The new store hours closing at 6:00 leaves me no time I can get to the store. Whoever changed the hours did not care about customers. We have relied upon the store hours they have had. While reading the new store hours in the window had 7 vehicles (would be customers) come in to parking lot realize they were closed and leave.

I have been looking for a 10’x10’ dog kennel since we lost our fence during the hurricane. TS has been sold out of their brand but the Sulphur store had 3 of the Tarter Farm and Ranch kennels and although it was a more expensive unit, it was worth it!!! Made to last and took minutes to put together versus the nightmare posts I had seen on other brands. Lucas the store manager took care of me and Paul had it delivered within 2 hours after purchasing it! I also received a 10% coupon so that was awesome. That’s amazing customer service, especially the day before Thanksgiving!!! Thanks again Lucas and Paul

Fast friendly service. We wanted a trimmer/mower from the company Done Right; all they had was the floor model. They were kind enough to help us not only with the purchase but also some of the accessories. They also offered to help load it into our vehicle. Very appreciative.

She was selling them from a nice table and tent that she brought with her. Fresh farm eggs are sold there too is what I was told.

They always have cute things for outdoors this time of year. Nice selection of wind chimes & other planters. We always buy our dog food here.

I buy my 14 RESCUE DOGS food there.I cant lift it so one of the employees will put it in my BUGGY and then my car! And I live the FACT they have a traveling vet there every 3rd week. He gives vaccinations at a discount! Very helpful when one has numerous pets.

My son and I went in to grab a bag of dog food and we passed by the baby chicks and he loved it! Normally when we go they dont have the baby chicks but this time they did. My son was ecstatic!

Great parts department if they dont have it they will get it fast. Very clean show room and great sales people. Not pushy and very knowledgeable of all the equipment and big boy toys.

When I called to ask if something was in the stock on Sunday, the man who answered was very helpful. But when I went in, I walked by two employees who completely ignored me. No hello, no can we help you find anything? And then no offer to help with the 50 pound bag of feed I was carrying. Definitely need to work on their customer service.

Knowledgeable, and helpful employees who are not afraid to tell you that they know something. We were promptly greeted by a smiling person even though it was 30 minutes till closing, who saved our vacation even though she doesnt know us.

I went to Tractor Supply to get some cat litter. While there, due to the rain, I walked around just looking. Tractor Supply really has a variety of goods for sale. This isnt the first store that I think to go to, not being a farmer. I would suggest that you not make this mistake. Abby, the cashier, informed me about the sale ravk with jackets and shirts onnsale for $4.99 each. This ended up saving me $40.00 for several shirts that fit. Thank you Abby. I like this store but it always seems to be understaffed. One register all the time with customers four and five deep. I quit using Walmart because of this.

Employees are watchful always looking out for coustumer. My husband and I went there a few days before Christmas and there was a man walking in parking lot asking everyone for money. When the manager on duty saw what was going he called police. The man was detained by police, he had been hitting all the stores in area. Thanks for keeping an eye out.

You can’t hardly park here anymore. The people used to be so friendly and helpful now it’s just like everywhere else you go.

Been here a bunch of times, and never had an issue. Today I went to get a propane tank filled. They close at 7pm. It is 6:32 as I write this, and I was told, Ah man we just closed the side gate, sorry youll have to come back tomorrow. If you are open until 7pm and there arent any signs stating that JUST the propane part is closed...you know, whenever the heck you feel like closing it, then you really should provide your service as you have advertised. The employees were counting thier cash drawers out and acting like it was pretty much a done deal at 6:30. I rarely leave negative reviews for anyone. I just move on...but the level of Oh well, deal with it that I experienced here, REALLY aggravated me.
