I visited for urgently preparing documents for passport renewal. Great place; very cooperative and friendly staff, reasonable charges, smooth/efficient setup for taking prints, making copies; spacious desks for arranging documents.

Very helpful and very friendly! I came in with about 12 glass bottles of liquid and some mail that I needed to send to my parents out of town. Reliably and professionally wrapped and packaged everything for me! However, they accidentally forgot to put the mail in the box but one of the employees was kind enough to leave me a note on my door letting me know about the mistake and sent it off for free to correct it. Very nice people.

WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!! They didnt listen to what we told them about where the package was going and because of that, it caused confusion for the driver. We paid for overnight shipping but the package took a WEEK to be delivered. When I explained the situation to The UPS Store in Sulphur, they told me that I would be given a credit and that I would have to contact customer support. Customer support told me that I could request a credit after the package is delivered. Once it was delivered, I called. I was told to call the store location so I did. The lady at the store told me that I wont be getting a credit because it was not their fault. After my conversation with the lady at the store, I called the billing department through customer service and they told me that it is up to the store to give me a credit. So BEWARE!!!!

I shipped a package from here, and it was missorted and lost. No one wants to accept the blame, and I have to wait for an investigation to be done. I think that is bad customer service. They missorted and lost my package, which contained frozen food. Of course the food is spoiled, it will be a week tomorrow when I shipped the food. They have no idea where it is, and I have to wait before I get my money back. This is totally unacceptable. I definitely will not use this company again. Its back to FedEx for me. Ive shipped the same thing using FedEx, and never had a problem. Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

I brought in a framed artwork of sentimental value and I paid insurance on it and they wrapped it and shipped it to my brother but it was a disaster. 1. They left it on his porch when he should have been required to sign for it. 2. All of the glass was broken. 3.My brother reported that the packing was all mixed-up materials and looked like a child had done it. 4.Once we placed the claim and they said the check would be ready i still had to call several more times before they actually gave me the check. Truly disgusted!
