Great service. The people at this store went well beyond any expectations.

Just recently paid them a visit. The older lady at the counter was helping a customer. After my daughter and I had been in line for a little bit, I tuned back in and noticed the lady was still dealing with the customer, but they were just casually conversing. This is rather normal here in SC, so I tried to be patient and didnt say anything. More time went by, and still, just casual conversation. It sounded as though they were quite familiar with each other-even heard the lady tell the customer how she loved her family... At this point, I kinda looked like, Really? but still didnt say anything. They finally ended their conversation and it was our turn. I smiled and explained to the woman that I had come in before to have some shirts printed for my anniversary-to let her know I was a returning customer and appreciated their work-and was needing some more for this years. I asked what the turnaround would be if I placed an order at that time, and she then, with agitation in her voice, said it would depend on what I wanted on them and colors (I guess availability of??) She asked in a very short tone, What sizes? I Asked her if I could possibly see what they had to choose from. As she walked from behind the counter to get some shirts for sizing, she turned and again asked rudely, What sizes?! I couldnt take it anymore and asked why the tone was used. She told me she wasnt trying to be rude. I mentioned the fact that she was very pleasant with the customer before us, so why this treatment with me? She could not give a good reason, we left the store, and that was that!

Young lady staff member that helped me design my tshirt over the phone & in-store was professional & very helpful. However I did not receive the promised email or phone call to alert me that the project was complete. I called to see if it was ready and it was. Upon entering the store for pickup I was rudely informed immediately that THERE WAS a call & email sent. I explained there was not, that I had just checked again prior to coming in. I was gruffly told Im not going to argue with you!. I wasnt arguing to begin with! Very embarrassing to myself & the others present. Awful customer service. Will never darken their door again!

They work fast and my shirt came out great!Definitely will be returning.
