This Auto Part Store is The Best. The manager, Alex, is so helpful and has EXCELLENT customer service. Im not a person that cries but I got tears in my eyes because he was so helpful and nice to me. I will never go anywhere else. I hope the manager is well paid. Hes THE BEST!!!!

Went in there for an item and was told they did not sell it went to a different Advance auto parts and they sold it. When I told the employee what had happen at the last store. He was surprised. Poor service

Love how convenient it is for me to get to from where I live. Employee was definitely friendly and helpful. Especially with helping me put a new windshield wiper blade on my car. Ill definitely be going here again with any future needs that I may have.

Manager is a good person with a lot of knowledge

Its good thing their refurbished parts have a lifetime warranty. They usually last about a year. The alternators do anyway. I have a Honda. The advanced Auto alternator lasted a year. All 3 of them. Splurged the extra couple hundred for the Honda alternator, has been working fine since.

I cant speak for every Advanced auto, but these guys are always very helpful. Greeting when you come in most of the time. Well staffed mist days. If they dont have it, they can order it or tell you where to get it.

They had the headlight bulb I needed and the nice guy put it in for me.

The website said they were out of stock on every part I needed, when in fact they had every single one in stock.I called, where they quoted one price (that ended up being totally incorrect) but couldnt ring me up over the phone.I go to the store, they wont honor my 30% off discount code for being a new rewards member that wouldve applied to the whole order because its online only despite the fact I couldnt check out online because of their BS, BUT thankfully they gave me a whopping 10% off a $5 pack of batteries. Wow, so generous. And they charged me more than they quoted on the phone not 10 minutes before.

Had a coil pack go bad on my truck a long way from my house. Swung by advance they had one in stock and loaned me the tools to replace. Cant get any better there awesome.

Garbage. They used to be wonderful. They advertise for checking why your engine light is on, but the woman didnt want to because my computer was in a spot that required slight effort. Auto Zone had zero issue around the corner. After asking multiple times if she would please try she said what (cylinder 1) and then tried to walk away. I asked what that meant. Cylinder One. Okay well may I have a piece of paper to hand a mechanic We dont do that okay well can I take a picture of the screen no. Ill get my manager.Awful experience. Go to auto zone around the corner. 1,000,000X better.

Great for automobile items.Some items are a bit overpriced but service is usually good.

They have mostly what I want for my car and the employees are super friendly.

Not too impressed. They said they would read the code, once read they couldnt clear it to see the next reading. We spent 2 hours getting the car there. Very disappointing. Question going back. 2004 Ford Taurus.

Wonderful help, solved a long standing problem, for free!

My wife went there to purchase a bulb for the drivers side brake light. The guy installed the bulb but it did not work. I got home, took a look at the bulb and noticed too much of the dielectric bulb grease in the socket and on the bulb. There was not connection between the bulb and the socket. When I took the bulb holder out, the bulb fell out of the socket indicating that it as not pushed down and locked in. I then cleaned the bulb and the socket off. After placing the bulb in the socket, I had my wife press the brake pedal and wow it worked! Come on people!The assistant told my wife that the car probably had a bad relay that was causing the bulb not to work. At this point I am not happy with this store and her nor I will ever return there.

I call in about a part and they say yeah we have that in stock so I go all the way there and oh we dont have that havent had that in a couple months so Im done Auto zone had it and has had everything thing I have needed and the service is way better 😉

Everyone was nice and knowledgeable, but parts coming in from other stores seem troublesome.

Go online and order ahead of time, they normally have a 20% off promo for online line orders, then drive to the store and pick your part up.

I went to get a battery. They didnt just sell me a battery... They took a look and found that I just needed a charge rather than a replacement. Nice to know that theyre problem solvers rather than just salesmen.

Went in store, waited around and left because no one helped me. One person at the counter, one person watching the person at the counter and one person down a aisle. I was not impressed, went to Auto Zone.
