So glad we stopped at this charming store. Was given excellent recommendations and the owner encouraged my daughter’s love for reading. Wish more places like this existed!

New books but arranged in such a way that its difficult to find what youre looking for. Very pleasant clerk though.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here and hope to be back soon! This is actually quite a large space (larger than I had expected from the outside) with a wide assortment of books. As someone visiting town, I was also thrilled to see they have a HUGE room dedicated to local writers! It was the perfect place to get a literary keepsake. The man who works the counter was a ton of fun to chat with, also. I highly recommend!!

My daughter is an avid reader and this is her absolute favorite local book store. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Theyve made recommendations and even set aside books that might interest us.We thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere, the book and merchandise selection, the staff interactions, and the mechanical cat.

After months of “meanings to stop by”, I finally went today to check out this quaint little bookshop. Shari took me by surprise with her spunky attitude. I loved it! Great selection, cozy atmosphere, and very helpful staff make this bookstore a great place to shop.

I support local businesses, and this is one of the best. The staff will go out of their way to make sure that you get exactly what you want. They will order anything that they do not have. The selection that they do have is large and a great variety. I look forward to spending more time in this store.

I love independent bookstores with owners who are actively part of their literary scene. These folks strongly support local authors and provide a seriously needed haven for readers. A well curated selection in a smallish storefront, but they will order any book you want.

These folks know books -- and make great suggestions.

For a small space, it is jam packed and diverse. Orderly and clean. 4 bookclubs as well with a childrens area.

Great local book store! Very clean and modern atmosphere with many comfortable places to sit and read and shop around. They offer book club meets and weekly kid reading sessions that have amazingly high attendance and popularity. Great book selection also. They have a super efficient organization method. Note: this location just opened in March 2019 according to the owners father we spoke with when we visited. So if you havent been to downtown Summerville in ahwil you should definitely stop by and support another local buisness. 😊
