It isn’t the store it’s self but an employee by the name of “Ralph”I have been coming there for years and he was the rudest person I have dealt at that store most of the employees are friendly & polite…

I love that my favorite Dollar Tree has added more items to the store. I always find the batteries I need and dont have to pay an arm and a leg for them!

They do need to get their stocking doin faster. Things in quite a mess around the store. Not enough help to get it all put away. The cashier was so nice and helpful and courteous. HE really does a good job every time Im in there.i am in there about once a week and hes always nice..

Great visit store was being stocked by Author and many others good to be able to go down every row even when store was being stocked.. staff was very helpful an friendly this is one of my favorite DOLLAR TREES.

I really like the Dollar Tree on Bacons Bridge Road in Summerville because of the really good deals and values here. I do not like it when some Dollar stores are not really Dollar stores and items cost $5.99 or more, but Dollar Tree comes through with all items costing a dollar or less. I really like the greeting card section here and can knock out many occasions for many people and not have it be very reasonable. The candy, toy, and frozen food sections really stand out here too as you can get a lot for a little. It is always fun to come here and see the kind of items they are featuring for sale and it turns into an adventure or surprise most of the time. The staff here is very laid back and cool too which makes shopping here a great experience.

I found it very odd that out of the almost 50 or more balloons that was posted on the wall the store had none of them to offer. The cashier Kim was short with her words but all toooo delighted to tell me that the only balloons that this location had to offer was the Father’s Day balloons or the graduation balloons, which they had what looked to be an over stock being that the balloons literally covered the front half of the store. I was disappointed about the selection yes but a few kind words from the cashier what have went a long way instead she was more interested in me not being able to make a purchase and getting away from her register. I will not be returning to this location ever.

They have a store full of different things and its all for a dollars cool .

Remember, you are only paying a dollar for items sold at the dollar tree. With that in mind you have an opportunity to try out certain items for future use. if you dont like something you got there you can return it or just give it away to somebody. The staff is always very friendly the store stays stopped as best they can and the price is right. I go there often and will continue to do so.

Staff was great. One young man was especially helpful. I bought quite a few beer mugs, pilsner glasses and wine glasses for crafts. He got me a case of mugs and a box for the rest. I wish I remembered his name.

Great place to buy cards, decorations, party items etc, all for one $ each. These stores never seem real clean to me, but they do a good job on keeping the store stocked. They currently have Halloween, fall, Thanksgiving and Christmas items in this store. Lots of people where shopping. At this time when Covid is a threat and people have lost their jobs, they can even get food - cold and freezer food. These stores have expanded what they carry. Which is wonderful for those on a low, or fixed income.

Many aisles needed to be stocked. Customer service was poor. The lady who rung me up instantly was in a bad mood when she seen i had a lot of stuff. Slamming stuff into bags and throwing my bags onto the counter while she was ringing me up. These kind of things happens often here, i dont go to this location often because of this.

Great prices for my home needs

Just ran in to get some cards n wrapping paper. They had just unpacked new dish towels, and all pot holders, dish mats etc.to match. Replaced mine that were worn out. Good buy.

The shelves are very organized and stocked well. My visit was very clean, no pallets and shopping carts full of replenishment stock waiting to be worked. Staff is friendly and the lines move pretty quick.

Its a decent dollar tree. Fairly clean, nice employees. In a nice strip mall then again any strip mall with a Harris Teeter is going to be on the upper end of the spectrum.

I have gone to dollar tree 3 days in a row and none of the days they have had what I needed, so thanks to dollar tree and I left my cart right at the register and they lost my business

Not enough cashiers and the air was broken! But other than that it was fine. I have been back many times since my original review and it has gotten much better. Wish they had the new craft section.

Prepare for long lines! Not to mention with one cashier and other employees acting like their stocking shelves, including the manager. When you ask them to open another line up or do they only have 1 cashier, they will look at you with an attitude and say Yes. They always have a sign saying that they are hiring! When you go shopping, youll see why! Happy shopping. Good luck in there.

Store was barren, but they had 2 aisles blocked off & were furiously restocking. Just picked the wrong day/time to go.

Went to your store today and I was not impressed. Not only was it unusually hot and the air appeared to be broken, but your cashiers need more training. A cashier opened a register without turning on her light and offered to serve the last person to walk up instead of serving the next person in line. There were several of us waiting. This shows a lack of customer service and professionalism. Where is management?

WOW!! SO MUCH MORE than the Dollar Tree back home! We have a lot, but this particular store was MUCH bigger! Wish I could have looked around more but unfortunately, we were in a hurry... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! SWEET EMPLOYEES!!

Typical supply of seasonal goods. Sell out of products rapidly leaving empty isles. Crowded but manageable

This location has really gone downhill. During my last visit, the store was very disorganized, the store was empty, and there were bugs crawling on the dishware. Gross! I took one quick lap around the store before leaving without purchasing anything.

I dont know what its like now, but their management was atrocious a short while back! Completely disorganized, inventory boxes stacked to the ceiling at the front of the store... If its still anything like that, itd make a great location for a petty thief - no one would be able to see them being held up at gunpoint from outside the store!

I love the dollar tree but this time they didnt have a certain candy that I was looking for.

They have all the things I needed for a new apartment and I saved a ton!!

Sometimes they have great stuff, sometimes there are nothing but boxes everywhere and nothing on my shopping list on shelves. Staff not very friendly. Last time I was there one aisle smelled like vomit and another one had a foul bucket of water from the roof leaking and the nail polish display covered in a plastic sheet. Makes me sad because I love the dollar store, this is the only one near me, and 70% of the time I leave annoyed.

I love this place! ! Even if I do not need anything I shop in there anyway because I ALWAYS find something new I can use.

Understaff for amount of traffic they have in that store. Its Always has a high volume of customers. Yet most of the time only one register open.. So if your only . wanting a couple of items. Is it really worth standing in a long line behind folks with full carts. All because they dont see fit to open the appropriate number of registers. Ive seen lines that go half way threw the store. Id rather spend a little more the waist my time.

Usually dirty, shelves are sparse and staff usually can not answer my questions. Simple things like, where something is or if a particular item is sold there. Parking is awful, sharing with too many other popular stores.

This place is a dump. The carpet is a mess, spills left untended to for months. The place is not clean. The parking lot is also filled with undesirables. Was once approached for money in that lot and another time witnessed a really bad argument between two people.

Liked it it seemed nice. Busy, but nice.

The cashier was rude. No greeting, she didnt speak ar all. When she did speak it was to give me the incorrect total and at the end of the transaction handed me my receipt and turned away to take a call on her cell phone.
