Store is set up beautifully. It is so clean and wonderfully organized. The girl working was very friendly and helpful. They had an amazing selection and reasonable prices. Definitely will be making return visits. Highly recommend

This is such a unique and beautiful store. Each room has a different theme going on. There is a pastel/bridal room, a jewel tone room and a fetish/darker room plus a toy room and the biggest fitting room ever. The staff was really friendly and professional. It was clean and bright and well organized. The toy room had a ton of options and they explain everything really well. Definitely had a blast. And I can’t wait for me and hubby’s next date night. I know where we will be going!!!

I love Bad Kitty! They have an awesome selection and I love the overall atmosphere of the store- very clean, comfortable and classy. Last time I was in Kaitlin helped me and took the time to really discuss with me what I needed and then made fantastic suggestions. The absolute best novelty shop I’ve ever been in. My wife and I try to visit a new store everywhere we travel out of town to which is frequently and nowhere compares to Badd Kitty! The lady working was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable like old friends

Very comfortable experience. I was greeted by a young lady, I think her name was Alexis. She was such a sweetheart and made me feel comfortable in the store. The store was clean and had a nice selection even though a few of the things that peaked my interest was sold out. It was an overall good experience.

I am out of town and badd kitty was the only place I could find what I was looking for. The lady was very nice, and even though Im a guy, asked me if I wanted to try things on, went and not only helped me pick, she picked out a skirt that I never would have, but I ended up getting, ended up with heels, stockings, panties and the skirt, and she even let me wear out. Ill be her little dress up sissy whenever Im in town

NEVER again. Clearly not female/mother friendly. My wife tried to buy a pair of stockings from the Summerville Location with our 6 month old (not exactly an age of complex thought) and she wasnt allowed to simply finish her purchase - no. She was kicked out of the store in an utterly humiliating fashion. Dont want kids in there? Got it, makes sense - but lets maybe practice some common sense about an infant who is completely oblivious to their surroundings. Absolutely shameful and you can bet well never spend a cent there.

I walked in this store today full of questions and nervous of being judged. The young lady working, instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her Product knowledge and sales skills are superb. I spent $170+ without hesitation because of her skills and character. She even Guaranteed my return and a purchase of double the amount without knowing it. I am a firm believer in businesses only going as far as employment moral will take them. I suggest giving her a decent raise, and coaching her growth. I promise shell help your company grow, while you give her the tools and knowledge to do the same for herself. It would be a shame to let such a caliber of character and drive go to waste. Although I dislike the store for rejecting my job application over a year ago, decided to do business here. Upon arrival, I was greeted and complimented by Tierra And Crystal. My boyfriend and I went here just to kinda look. We had been to the store on Ashley Phosphate before and it was huge! (I dont remember the name but it was huge) So we decided to check out and see what the store was like!When we went in, we were the only two in their other than the lady that worked there. She was nice, didnt try to push sales which was good.The first room was more set up for a bride. They had some different things in there. The second room had more things in it, I dont remember what all though. The next I do believe had more bondage items, and the last one was based more around toys from what I remember.We didnt buy anything, it wasnt really what we were expecting.We wont be back, but its not a bad store. It just doesnt have a variety like other stores!
