The stores on this side of town definitely have items Ive not seen in others across the tri-county area. Navigating traffic is the biggest drawback as theres not much room for lane changes between lights. Make it easier for yourself and other motorists dont try and shoot the gap just make your turn at stop light then u-turn in a parking lot. You might have to wait a light cycle or two but its a safe straight to cross back through the light. Wait on a light cycle or wait for a wreck to be cleared, which do you think would be quicker? Theres remodeling going on at Target so theres construction traffic also.

Love all the different stores they have here as well as entertainment and food. You can find just about anything you need within reason

Parking lot layout is weird as heck. Been in most of the stores, usually theyre clean, well staffed, and well organized.

Good food and friendly staff, know that they are short handed so may take longer, was fine with that since wasnt in a hurry at all.

Filet Mignon was tender & tasty, cooked perfectly. The slab of ribs were also very good. Even the steamed broccoli 🥦was delicious and perfectly cooked.

This place is usually busy weekdays between 4:30-6:30PM and on weekends. But there are plenty of stores and restaurants to choose from. Just like the North Main Market shopping center across the street, the biggest problem here is the traffic on Main Street, especially during commute times. So, its best to shop at Azalea Square between 10AM-3PM -- plenty of parking and stores are not crowded.

I avoid this shopping center if at all possible because I hate this parking lot SOOO much. Not sure if its been poorly designed or simply poorly navigated by an ample number of bad drivers, but having to come by here is not a trip I look forward to making

Diverse selection of stores to choose from, lots of parking, close to the interstate on/off ramps. But not the easiest entrance and exits to and from the main road.

The way this parking lot / local area is set up is over complicated to say the least. Who ever designed it should be smacked in my opinion. With summerville already being as over populated as it is, I don’t see the need to make it any worse with making it a puzzle trying to get around that place. I will say that it does have a lot of nice stores and reason I gave it a 3 rating. But it’s setup cost it at least 2 stars! Again that’s my opinion..

Always crowded especially on the weekend. Lines in the stores are extremely long. Too much going on for me.

Lots of great shops. Lots of traffic too. So make sure your not in a rush.

I went to Khols so I was in and out without hardly any traffic.

Great new store called Below 5 looks like a great store to purchase everything $5 and below. Check it out.

Azalea is super great to just walk around in. Theres tons of stores and great places to see!

Food is great and if you go with friends or 40 or 405 you can have a great time just make sure you dont have to pay

The ribs were tough and the steak was also tough. The shrooms sauce was not spicy as they use to be. It has went down since we were here last.

Nice theatres, clean, food and drinks are a bit pricey for our taste. A bottle of water and small popcorn should not be 13.50.

Prefer shopping here over the malls because I can get everything I need and want in one place plus an ocean of easy, free parking.This shopping square is more like a shopping village- has a vast array of different varieties of retail stores-from clothes, to drugstores, to pet stores, to electronics and sporting goods. Also endowed with a huge variety of restaurants as well- from sit down places like Logans Roadhouse, O Charleys, Ruby Tuesday, and Mellow Mushroom, to dozens of fast food selections to include TCBY, Chick-fil-A, Moes, Smashburger, Marble Slab.Azalea square also has gas stations at ones fingertips and even a Regal Cinema movie theater with comfy reclining seats.

Pretty much where everyone in Summerville shops.

Our favorite steakhouse. My favorite thing is they let you add half a rack of ribs for less than $9 to any meal. Most places have rib combis but you are usually stuck with steak or chicken, here you can basically make up your own rib combo.

Logans in Summerville SC is the absolute best...The food is absolutely delicious

I went to newks eatery had the chicken salad sandwich and coleslaw was great as always but service was odd one lady walked off the line while making food and did not tell anyone another lady came over seen she was not making the food and she took over so still 5 stars as im not sure what happen i just hope everyone is ok

I didnt see any azaleas and Im not sure the property was square, but we had a nice time.

I always find what Im looking for over in this area and I love that if you have a day off shopping you have many great places to eat. Between mellow mushroom, donatos, smashburger, etc. Then finish your day with a stop into marble slab for some ice cream.

As far as strip malls go this is the best one in the area. Its very congested though, lots of traffic. Good stores though and theyre clean and safe. Its a well maintained mall, Ive never seen trash or anything littering up the area.

Just went to Logans. Its open limited seating, if you get there around 3 youll get in fast. Bring your cell phone. Only menus youll be able to see is the one from their website. Its really clean also.

A lot of great places to eat

I love how after sun set the creeps come out with there front end raised trucks and blind you with there high beams and Rev there engines as u walk by to intentionally hurt your ears. I recently witnessed these low lifes having a boxing match in the parking lot. Hopefully management will do something soon.

Went to Kohls, I had missed the weekend sale (had to work) but wanted a certain pair of shorts that were still on sale. Then hit the clearance racks that had an extra I think 25 or 30 percent off ticket sale price at register and got 5 tops that would have been the cost of one of them! Left very happy !
