Terrible customer service. I tried to explain my needs several times, a product was suggested so I ordered it. Once I got the product it did not meet my needs. I reached out to explain my problem and they refused to help me in fact recommended me to a different company and hung up the phone. I did call back again and they agreed if I sent it back they would give me a refund.

I wanted to cast my baby’s hand but I was not getting a user-friendly material with which I can complete the task safely and with precision. Then one of my neighbors who is an artist by profession suggested me to buy alginates from EnvironMolds, LLC. I bought the material from them and used it for casting purposes. I was really astounded to see the result. Thank you, EnvironMolds, LLC for helping me in casting my baby’s hand.

Terrible service and unreliable. They suggested a product to use and it didnt work, when returned they charged us over $300 for restocking fee when it was their fault. Stay away !
