Its a neighborhood shop so I do not want to rate one star. But management absolutely has to realize that calling a potential customer back, and making an appointment happen is paramount. They must not need the business that bad.. P.S. its an Audi (Prestige model), so it wouldnt have been a waste of time.

Ed was incredibly awesome. The coldest week of January 2019 I had ice buildup under my car & it yanked my bumper. That very day I stopped in at the shop & he adjusted it enough so it wouldn’t fall off until he would be able to order the parts. The following week he replaced the damaged bumper & painted the needed section. The car looked beautiful!!! I went to others for estimate & I mentioned that i was paying out of pocket- Ed gave the better price. Ed is an honest & a quality guy. I highly recommend his shop. Thank you so much Ed!!
