Really disappointing experience!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY IN THIS PLACE!!I made a purchase 6 days ago for an event today and they did not deliver me the purchase on time! I called them several times and they did not give me a solution neither offer me a compensation! they guy who answered me the call just hang out the phone and finish the conversation, completely disrespectful! THE WORST customer experience that Ive had in the U.S.A.

Crazy good selection of literal top shelf bourbon and whisky, but the prices are a bit steep compared to other stores in the area. But if theres something you cant find and would pay more for, check this place out.

Great selection but way way way over priced- I understand changing 2x or even 3x for rare bottles but 5x-10x?The only reason they have such a good selection is the insane prices they charge. Placed an order online, and my card was charged. It was canceled by the owner minutes later because his inventory was not accurate on his website. He was unwilling to substitute the item with a slightly better bottle that he did have in stock. Poor customer service through and through.

This store is a complete ripoff and they are trying to take advantage of their customers. The overpricing is out of control. They are charging sometimes 3x to 10x the normal retail price for bottles of whiskey. One $80 bottle is $1000. Another $250 bottle is $450. I would recommend shopping someplace else.

Ordered some jim beam as I was told they would discontinue this. Ordered from the website and when I did original search it only showed the one item not two. I selected and ordered but got the small bottles. There was no 50ml and 750 when order was originally placed and even now it just says 50 and the other says 750ml. A mistake on both really but the person on the phone did not want to help resolve the issue without an extreme cost to me. Shipping even these tiny bottles was expensive so lesson learned. Dont order liquor online.

He was more than willing to talk to a man about the fact he fraudulently charged me for items I will never receive.Ive literally never experienced anything like this. They refused to speak with my bank on a conference call to confirm that the charge was voided and now wont answer my calls at all.No worries! Tomorrows a new day! This is one of the best liquor stores that Ive ever been to, with unbeatable service and prices. I was looking for some high end tequila and they had it. Immediately after placing an online order, I was sent a conformation along with a tracking number for my package on the same day. Ordered online a fine bottle of bourbon. When I went to pick it up at the store I saw that they had changed from the bourbon I ordered to one that was less than half the price of the bottle ordered. I even saw the inexpensive alternative on the shelf with the price being of the much more expensive bourbon I ordered. This place is not to be trusted. Terrible, as other reviewers have noted.

Do not use a charge card and if you do, check your statement! I have lived in Summit 12 years and twice they double charged my credit card😒. I confronted them with the statement showing within 1 minute the amount was charged twice to my card and they were RUDE, almost like an I DONT CARE attitude. Sum it up because the amount was under my banks umbrella and they saw the discretion the BANK reimbursed me. ALWAYS PAY CASH or check your statements.

Great Shop! I was looking for state of the art liquor and pinot noir and found it here. They have a astounding collection of wine along with very friendly staff members! I also needed it quickly delivered and they got it to me 2 days before the expected date. LOVE THIS COMPANY!

I was looking all over country for a pinot noir that I love and guess what. I found it here. They have a great collection of wines.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Purchasing wine from Beechwood/Budget Bottle has been the worst buying experience Ive ever had, EVER. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before ordering. I specifically ordered a case of wine because they said they had it, and I couldnt find it anywhere else. After 4 weeks of waiting, and several calls resulting in rude, aggressive responses, I received the package only to find the WRONG wine inside! (I also selected NO SUBSTITUTIONS). Furthermore, the manager tried to convince me this was a better wine, more expensive, etc.....such BS. Now I have to take time out of my day to ship it back. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! And unless you like being dicked around or yelled at, I suggest you AVOID this store.

I was looking for a specific year of a pinot, clearly marking on the order it was not ok to ship a different vintage. Of course they shipped a different vintage... I order online all the time - this is the first time I have not been given a call or sent an email. When I called to complain - the guy took a very aggressive stance saying the other vintage is better. He clearly did not know there had been a change in vintners between years... however he did finally offer to take the wine back. He may have good things in the store but I wouldnt buy online... not worth the hassle.

I placed an order online (2 bottles of rum). About an hour later I arrived and they said that they needed at least a day for internet orders. I mentioned that it was 2 bottles that were near where I was standing. They then told me that I should at least give them 6 hours. While they were complaining, the gentleman behind the counter walked over and picked up the bottles and placed them in a bag. This action of filling my order took only a moment. Why would they give a customer a hard time over something so silly? I will simply get my rum from another liquor store next time. It is an Item that I can get at almost any liquor store in almost any town.

Unthinkable - I ordered a 400 dollar bottle of Weller 12 year bourbon, an when I received it, there was wrap around the cap. I discovered the the bottle had been opened!! How they could ship that is beyond ethical! NEVER AGAIN!
