Limited collection and awkward sales associate. She was not particularly rude, but made me feel like I was really bothering her just by asking for assistance. I get it - I dont need an overly enthusiastic clerk, but dont make customers feel unwelcome. Probably will not return.

My brother referred me here told me they have you run on a treadmill and they analyze how you run to pick the best shoe. Lenny Was very knowledgeable about running shoes and what is best for my foot. If you run regularly you must get your next pair of running shoes here. Excellent service.~Ben

I had an amazing experience at the Summit, NJ JackRabbit. The store manager, I believe his name was Zach, spent almost an hour with me giving me shoes to try on and talking through inserts and foot rollers for my plantar fasciitis. Im not a long distance runner, but Ive had bad luck with past sneakers that I use for crossfit, short runs, and agility work. Im so happy with my new Adidas and will 100% go back to this store next time I need new shoes.

Great place to get quality sneakers

Staff are professional runners, definitely know their stuff. The tread mill in the shop is in constant use as people try on shoes. Their buyers also pick out the best of current workout gear, no garish prints here! Most importantly, their prices are the same as the big box stores like Sports Authority and Dicks (I compared 1 pair of Nike leggings and some mens workout ts - they were actually slightly cheaper here).

THIS IS THE WORST RUNNING STORE IVE EVER BEEN TO. THEY DONT LISTEN TO ANYTHING THEY SAY. THEY PUSHED FOR ORTHODICS AND NOW MY FEET HURT, HIPS HURT, CANT FEEL MY FEET WHEN RUNNING, ETC. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT CARE WHEN I DISCUSSED MY ISSUES. NOT EVEN DICSOUNT ON ANOTHER PAIR OF SHOES.
