I went to The Lash Lounge in Summit based on all the wonderful reviews. The salon was clean and aesthetically pleasing and the staff was friendly. Those are the only positives! Upon checking in I noticed a sign that indicated that any positive reviews would get a free wand as a gift. That was the first red flag for me.(most would give a good review for something free in return) My appointment was on Saturday 9/25 and today Friday 10/1 all of my lashes have fallen off! I initially booked an appointment for the classic set and after discussing with the tech and showing her photos of the desired look I decided to upgrade to hybrid and do a cat eye. I’ve attached photos to this review as reference of what I received. The top photo is my natural lashes today with all of the lash extensions having fallen off and the bottom photo is the extensions I had done. The extensions weren’t noticeable. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received. I would not recommend. Don’t waste your money or time going to this place.

I had just an amazing day coming here. The woman are so sweet and helpful! I am so great full that I walked in one day and made an appointment here. I also like that the women get along so great here!! That is always a wonderful thing to see. Thank you for everything!

I came here today for a classic full set! Brittany took great care of me and was a joy to be around! I love my natural look and all of the ladies there were a joy! If you need lash extensions this is the place to go!

What an amazing experience! Diana is literally my new guardian angel for my eye lashes. First, super clean space and super relaxing. Diana made my first time here so much fun and she did such a great job! My first time getting them done lasted longer than 3 weeks and it’s because of her AND I listened to her and bought the cleanser and eye masks. Do it ladies. It’s worth it.I at first used to be up in the air about getting my lashes done consistently but after meeting Diana and the Lash Lounge team, I’m pretty much sold on getting them done regularly.Love also that it’s in the summit area so perfect location!

First time getting eyelash extensions. I am hooked. Diana was extremely professional and gave realistic choices to make me look natural but enhanced. I will definitely be going back and utilizing the membership service.

Updating this review with (mortifying) photos. The salon has offered to try to fix my lashes, however I’m terrified of losing them completely. Really think twice before getting a lash lift here. These photos are about a month after my lift, and I have mascara on the top lashes only. My bottom lashes actually look longer (without mascara!) You can see clearly that they look frizzled, dry and over curled. Even my husband noticed that there was something wrong with my lashes - he didn’t know I had anything done, and the guy hardly noticed when I get my hair cut.I could give less than a star, I would. I got a lash lift, figured it was a fairly harmless first step. Unfortunately I was wrong. My lashes are so curled that if I put on mascara they almost entirely spiral backwards, leaving me with terrible little stumps for lashes. I sent two emails to them, and they said they’d call me to help figure out a solution, and no one ever did. I have family photos and a wedding coming, I’m mortified. I’m the type who never leaves the house without mascara. FULLY REGRET THIS DECISION.

I saw Bianca for lashes and am over the moon happy with how they look! She worked quickly but didn’t rush, was great to talk to, and explained everything about the lashes so well.Everyone at the salon is super friendly and the salon is comfortable and spotless. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m not sure where to begin so I will keep it brief. The Lash Lounge in Summit has went far beyond my expectations of customer service. The staff here is incredible and the inside of the Lounge is beautiful and well kept. I have not had my lashes done in over a year and my lash tech Sabrina made my experience so pleasant! She is truly the best. She made sure to explain all of the style options and is knowledgeable about what lash length and volume will be best for your eye shape. My lashes are always natural and exactly what I asked for! All of the ladies were so kind and welcoming even after my first visit and that is a true testament of women who love what they do. I highly recommended!

Not new to lashes, I spent a lot of time researching post covid options and chose Lash Lounge Summit . I booked a 12:30 appointment and requested senior stylist. i’ve always been nervous having a newby work on my eyes. I arrived on time and was seated @Biancas station. She asked me no questions and if i didn’t ask...she would have just started working on my eyes.About 5 minutes into the service, my intuition kicked in and I asked Bianca how long she was doing lashes...turns out less than 1 year.I got nervous and asked to speak to a manager. Bianca left me at the station for what seemed like 15-20 minutes then asked if I wanted to leave(really?) or speak to the Manager Kim over the phone. I spoke to kim who assured me Bianca was skilled and I would be very satisfied- she made me feel comfortable and I decided to continue .i went back to the station to continue ....and Bianca walked away. I waited 15-20 minutes again... Bianca returned and said she didn’t have time to do the service and i would have to leave without getting lashes done,This was the WORST customer service experience...The employees are young kids that have no customer service training or commitment to doing what it takes to make things right for a customerwhen the establishment was at admittedly at fault. The manager Kim, put time and effort into trying to help/ but did not come through in the end.Business owners who care about their reputation...and bottom line ...figure it and make it right.Getting lashes done... was for my sons law school graduation weekend. It was a big deal for professional family photos and celebratory events.I do NOT recommend Lash Lounge Summit. They do not value or appreciate their customers business. When issues surface... they do not do the right thing.

I have been getting my lashes done for over 5 years and have been to many establishments in New York. To say I am picky is an understatement. I have very fine and short lashes but there is volume. I moved to suburban Jersey last year and because of COVID, I have not been able to visit the normal place I go to in New York. I wanted to give this place a try since they have so many locations. I bought the classic extreme lashes. When I first walked in, I was great by Kimberly, the manager. She was very nice and welcoming. She introduced me to the technician, Victoria. I thought I booked Sabrina but wasn’t sure why it was changed but didn’t inquired. Victoria started explaining the process to me and said that the Lash Lounge cares about lash health and doesn’t recommend lashes longer than 3mm above your natural lash length. She asked me how long do I normally do my lashes and I said 11-13mm. She said that she wouldn’t do above 10mm on me. I thought that was okay. After a long conversation with Victoria, I came to the realization that she only started doing lashes for less than 6 month. Inside I was pretty worried but gave it the benefit of the doubt. After she was finished, I looked at my lashes and I was feeling a sense of disappointment. It looked very short and sparse and I can see she didn’t use up all my lashes. It was not “extreme” by any means. I didn’t want to make a scene and rushed out of there. I paid $99 and gave her a good tip and even booked a refill because I didn’t want any confrontation. When I went home to further inspect, I realize that she didn’t put lashes 1/4 of my left eye and the shape is off. It didn’t curl up to a C and looked like it was clamp in the middle. My lashes looked sparse and really a half done job. I emailed the manager and she said she wanted to rectify the situation. I do appreciate it but I do not think I can give them another try. I will just wait until covid is over to go back to the city. I wouldn’t recommend lash lounge if you are looking for long full well applied lashes.Please hire more experienced technicians.

I received my first set of lash extensions at The Lash Lounge in Summit,NJ. Sabrina did an amazing job answering all of my questions and made me feel super comfortable!The girls are taking all do the security measures that made me feel safe during this time!My lashes are so long and full and I don’t have to worry about mascara! I recently moved to NJ from NYC and was looking for a new lash place, sadly this spot did not do it for me. The service was truly underwhelming. Almost all of my lashes fell off within a week of having them done. I have been getting lashes done for many years now and this is the first time that something like this has happened to me. The technician and lounge was nice but quality of service was poor. I took a chance on this place based on the positive reviews that I read from other reviewers. I will not be returning in the future!
