Love this place good selections on flavor and toppings mango the best clear environment and great customer service

Unfortunately, my niece and I will not be coming back to 16 Handles; upon reopening, our last two visits were disappointing. The first time back, an entire yogurt order was missing; the second time, the toppings that Id included in my nieces yogurt order were missing. And each time I called the shop, it was never the cashiers fault. So I have decided that I will not subject myself to further disappointing customer service experiences.

Its so expensive but the bubble topping are so good.

Lets start w the good... the ice cream is very good, clean place.they most of the time open late... even 1/2 later than 12:30, the service depend on manager mood, the teens that work in there are nice.a bit pricey.

If you want to try a flavor before pouring it into your cup, just ask nicely and the staff will gladly help you out. The toppings are fresh. If youre looking for a topping, try the Nutella Chocolate Pebbles. Amazing.

First time here, delicious frozen yogurt and the kids enjoyed every drop! Second time not so good because their credit card machine didnt work and I had no cash on me. How does a store open up on Friday like this??

Frozen yogurt is great but the place is always very sticky. Doubt they clean it often. Flavors are frequently mixed up as well which is frustrating

Great frozen yogurt!! But definitely not good enough to deal with the service. Workers are always on their phones and when I went to check my bank statement, it was overcharged! I called the place and the worker was very rude and told me that I WAS wrong when I had seen the register and the woman had told me my initial price. They didn’t give me a receipt or ask if I wanted one but I didn’t think anything of it (save trees). Honestly no frozen yogurt is worth this service! Read reviews before you go to a new place!!!!! It’s not worth spending hard earned money

Very poor flavor selection, told one of the staff members one of the machines was not working an he rudely said its out of order. When there was no sign that said that. Also I didnt know employees were allow to eat the merchandise infront of the customer. Really bad service wont be coming here again.

Very poor selection of toppings all of which were very low. More than half the machines were empty, so there were only 5 flavors to choose from.

It would have received 5 stars but the girl behind the counter was more concerned about the video she was watching on her phone than the customers.

Second time in the last few months that the place was closed 2-3 hours earlier than what was posted on the site. Will not be coming here anymore. The drive and the wait times for parking are not worth it just to find out the store closed early. Also last time we went in half of the flavors were out of order.

Worst 16 handles I have ever been to. There were 3 employees doing nothing just eating ice cream behind the counter. Half of the machines were glitchy and nonworking and they made no attempt to ge them working. Nothing was labeled properly, what names of a store, would never come back again.

Went there this afternoon..experience the worse service ever..the girl who works there today was extremely rude, obnoxious and busy on her cell phone instead of taking care of customer. Some of the flavors were not available becasue they were not refilled. I guess the employee was too busy on the cell phone and not doing her job. I hope the owner knows what kind of staff he has working in the store this afternoon because she shouldnt be working there. She will just ruin the business if she continuea to work there. I have been to this store many times and the staff is normally friendly but this employee was just too lazy, rude and precoccupied with her cell phone. I will never go back again.

Slow and indifferent service. Fair variety of flavors but didnt have anything sour (lemon, lime, kiwi, etc.)

Im forced to go here by my wife on son. I just sit there was watch them eat sugar and some chemicals in a tub that are banned in other countries (e.g. Red40).
