Being a believer in supporting local businesses, I ordered a Samsonite Crusair suitcase from these guys. Granted, I needed it in two weeks time, but they assured me they could get it for me in time for my trip.Well they didnt, and while they offered me a loaner, it wasnt acceptable to me. Its a readily available item, which I found on a dozen web sites and could have had overnight had I wanted it, and which I ended up buying at Macys in Short Hills for less than they charged me.That they couldnt get it for me just means they didnt care enough to bother. I understand that many businesses dont like to order individual pieces as they get charged for shipping, they prefer to wait until they have a larger order, I encounter this with suppliers for my business all the time, but they could have given me the option of paying a little extra to get it quickly, as my suppliers do.Bottom line is that they just didnt care if I got what I needed or not.
