If I could give them a zero I would. I tried them for a hemi engine and the engine cam in very rusty after trying to install the engine I found that it was out of a car rather than a jeep Cherokee srt so the motor and to be pulled and and the flywheel, oil pan, Intake manifold, exhaust manifold, injectors and wiring harness needed to be swapped in order to get the engine to work. Engine was noisy and was told unless it blows up they wont do anything. dont use this company ever

Poor customer communication and a lot of confusion misinformation about processes. My parts were lost, I was told I had not been charged but I had been. They then told me I would not be charged on purchase but at time of pickup, was not true. They need better training for the people on the phones.
Went in to pickup a seatbelt retractor I ordered. Their customer service at Sumner is horrible. Walked up and there was 2 customers waiting along the wall. The lady at the window just looked. At least a hi, smile, or someone will be right with you would of been nice. Went outside and came back an 3 ladies were now in the office but they seemed like they didnt know what they were doing and the first lady that was in the office was standing talking about how irritated she was instead of helping customers. The other customers said theyve been waiting an hour. And the other guy said they gave him the wrong part.If you can the Buckley location is a lot more helpful & able to order parts there unlike Sumner where they tell you to call and order over the phone.

WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO SELL YOU PARTS !!!! I ORDERED A REAREND FOR A 2006 CHEVY FOR $1030. THEY THEN CALLED BACK LATER AND CHARGED ANOTHER $300 FOR AND OVERSIZE CHARGE FOR FREIGHT THAT I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT. I ASSKED ABOT THE REAREND AND THEY PULL ANY PARTS OFF THEM THEY CAN TO SELL SEPARTATE SO THEIR COMPLETE REAREND IS NOT COMPLETE AND NEED SEVERAL PARTS TO WORK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
