This store has it all from flashing signs to fudge! Cool trains running overhead on tracks hanging from the ceiling, bears and talking moose. Old wooden carriages and a pumpkin patch area to take family pics. By the way they have furniture too!!Super nice and helpful staff. Was able to find exactly what we were looking for and within minutes we were loading it up to go home! No hassle, no pressure just customer service the way it used to be. I will always come here first!!!

Went here looking for a coffee table to replace the one that we currently have. We unfortunately didnt get what we were looking for but Im sure others may not have that issue!This place is huuuuuuge. Rooms upon time of warehouse style spaces that have model trains, model cities, airplanes, etc to keep things very interesting. Lots of great quality furniture, wall hangings, beds and shelves. Pretty much anything you would be looking for. Styles tend to lean towards heavy wood, darker stains, farm house style pieces. So if thats your jam then youre in luck!

Fun place to check out. A bit spendy for a lot of the wood pieces but this place does have a lot of variety and ideas. Looking forward to the popcorn machine running again and dont forget to check out the fudge shop!

Sheila, the accountant at this business, is terrible when it comes to customer service. She enjoys cutting customers off. Advising them they are incorrect and she knows better. We ordered a curio cabinet from here in July, we got it home and found it was damaged. They delivered another one about a month later, it also was damaged. They delivered a 3rd about a month later, it was also damaged. We requested a refund of our $1200. When I called, Sheila told me it was refunded to the name in the check we had paid for it with. She did not state there was a check mailed. It was not clear that the refund would come back as a check. I called my bank to verify this refund. They had no record. I called Old Cannery to confirm refund was made. That’s when Sheila got real short and abrupt. Never was there an apology that we had to wait for several months and 3 failed attempts to receive our cabinet. She did not verify the address the refund was going to. I asked what the address was she placed me on hold without telling me. Next thing I know I’m speaking to another representative, she was helpful and got me the information I was asking for. I will never use Old Cannery again. We are waiting for a couch that should arrive in December, I’ll imagine something will go wrong and we will have to shop elsewhere.

Highboy dresser was delivered damaged a week ago with all other bedroom furniture.King size bed frame, footboard, and headboard were also delivered with a queen size mattress, along with 2 left side under storage drawers for bed.Mirror over dresser still isnt here after we were told it would be in this week.Second delivery this week and correct sized headboard has damage on it.2 left side under bed storage drawers for queen size bed frame were sent out AGAIN.This is what we are getting for 10k. 👎👎Super disappointed with how our order is being handled when mistakes were made.Still waiting for refund for the King sized items that were incorrect and sent back last week.Tired of taking time off work to deal with this repetitively.

The service impressed me the most. I had called to ask about availability before I drove out from the Key Peninsula. The salesman I spoke to was Adam - he walked through inventory, directed me to their website, even directed me to the mfg website to ensure I saw the options from all angles. Due to distance, a hectic move, etc, I ended up going in on Adams day off. Working in sales myself, I wanted to make sure Adam received the sales credit - he passed me off to his co-worker, Rick. Who showed me the sofas (which I decided on two vs. one chair and one sofa) along with side tables, dining table and side board for the dining room. Then, when I got home, I showed my husband other items and we called and ordered those to be added to our delivery. Our initial $2800 purchase ended over $15k. The way these two sales people interacted with my husband and I, shared the responsibility for the sale and mostly looked out for the customer. We had a paperwork glitch at pickup, which they quickly added $100 gift certificate to help cover the inconvenience. Finally, after putting some of our dining chairs together, we ran into issues with a few others. After calling, I received a call from Adam and ultimately Rick went above and beyond to ensure we swapped the bad ones for the good. This is a phenomenal team where service and their customer are clearly #1. I am so impressed with the clear culture the organization fosters. While this furniture can be purchased from other stores, theres no place like the service received at The Old Cannery! Thank you Adam, Rick and team!

Been awhile since we bought our Living room couch here. Plenty of Parking. I really love all the memorabilia hanging all over. The Trains and the track are cool. . The staff are super helpful. They have full service. Schedule delivery. You can get Good Furniture and service here.

Seriously terrible customer service. How hard do I have to work to spend money at your store? Walked around for 30 minutes, not even a single greeting. Finally had to flag someone down to ask a question about a bed. Told her we were interested in a number of frames, but we had questions. She said she would have to look up the details on each bed, but she looked so annoyed and put out that we didn’t even bother. She gave the bare minimum effort. Even though there were plenty of products we were interested in, we chose to shop somewhere they actually want out business!

Its what you expect for a large furniture store. Would be 5 stars but they changed the sales tax after we paid for a chair in full but hadnt picked up. Old Cannery should have picked up the $0.65...they can afford it, and it would go a long way for Customer Service.

The sales staff were cordial and informative. They let us browse at our own pace. They were never pushy. We did not buy as we did not find what we wanted, but it was a pleasant experience.

Seems like a friendly local place. I had great customer service and what seemed to be a great price. Unfortunately, the quality was very poor. Our couch after just 4 years is completely coming apart. The fabric is peeling apart. Although the couch is barely used it is now useless. Just check out the pictures. The couch has little to no wear and yet the fabric is just coming apart.I attempted to contact their customer service and without a receipt they said there was nothing they could do.Dont be stuck with junk after just a few years. Go somewhere where they sell quality furniture.UPDATE: Shortly before placing their reply to this review they did find record of the purchase. They responded in an email to me at 4:55 pm that they had found it but were unwilling to address (other than a 10% discount). They posted the response to this review at 4:59 they had no record. So, we can add a bit of dishonesty to their way of doing business.

I wish that I could specifically review Stanton Sofa but I’m giving The Old Cannery the credit for carrying such an AMAZING brand and also for offering the best prices on Stanton that I’ve ever seen. Seriously we are IN LOVE with our Stanton Sofa and we highly recommended them! We got a “cuddler” sectional and seriously I never want to leave the couch again. BUY IT!! The Old Cannery is also an amazing store! Shipping took longer than promised but it’s a pandemic so we understand. The Old Cannery is the most fun I’ve ever had furniture shopping!

We went around their 4th of July sale. Very nicely done free hotdogs and soda, popcorn in store and can purchase fudge indoors. The furniture selection was very nice.

The Old Cannery Furniture store is always our familys first stop when looking for new home furnishings. To be honest, its usually our ONLY stop.If you want it, they have it. Dining sets, couches, loveseats, chairs, beds, mattresses, whole bedroom sets, bookcases, entertainment centers & consoles, decor, kids room furniture, and of thats not enough, they also have a snack bar area where they sell their scratch made fudge. Its delightful!Every major holiday they roll our the big top tents and have a grand sale. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is usually quite good.Your kids will even have fun as you shop. The store is filled with interactive animatronic puppets. And theres an electric toy train on the overhead whizzing around the store.Bring your walking shoes because this place is HUGE!

SO. MUCH. FUN! This is a must see destination if you have kids. You like trains? There are literally a whole system of model trains zooming above your head from the ceiling. Our kids are 7 and 5 and they thought they were in Disneyland. The furniture is nice too and decently priced.

Had some issues with getting a couch we purchased repaired... they have us full credit for it and when we picked a new one they helped us out with mitigating the cost increase for a better quality. Getting a couch there is a perfect idea. Couldnt ask for better customer service.

Dedicated displays to honor someone. Always having events that in some cases will win you a gift card to use there. And the best fudge/candy/ soda shop EVER!!!.... Most pieces are fairly expensive, but this place is HUGE and has an incredible selection. You can find some pleasantly surprising sale items if you keep an eye out. So much of it fit our style that we suffered from option paralysis. Definitely worth the drive from Seattle.

We have purchased furniture from The Old Cannery twice in the past, so when it was time for a new couch it was absolutely the first place we went to. From The amazing train tracks zigzagging around the ceiling, to the fun decor and piano that my kids like to play and even a snack bar, it is a great place to shop with or without kids, but my kids love it! Did I mention they had a pumpkin patch set up there for kids to each pick a complementary pumpkin when we went in late October? It’s just such a fun place! We purchased our new couch with the help of Rick, the most fantastic sales person ever! He helped us order our couch and went WAY above and beyond in customer service when we had a hitch in the process of getting our new couch. I can’t say enough good things about Rick!! And the next time we need need to go furniture shopping we will be back at The Old Cannery and specifically ask for Rick to help us.

Love that place. The furniture is amazing and so are the salesmen. I was running late trying to get there before they close at 7:00ppm. Needless to say I made it. Although, I didnt get my lamps, but I did get 1lb of their chocolate covered pretzels,on the house. To top it all off, the snackery was closed.

I love the Old Cannery but today when I went in I was terribly allergic to whatever scent they had circulated. It gave me a headache and stomach ache and felt like it was stuck on my clothes and in my hair all the way home.

It is not as friendly nor well stocked as we remember. Choices of furniture is limited. Prices are more high for quality they now carry. Fabrics are not as sturdy and color choices are more limited...

The Old Cannery was FANTASTIC !! Absolutely love everything in there ! Wanted to buy it ALL but sadly only bought an incredible sofa and loveseat at not only a great price but with a wonderful protection plan !!! SUPER HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM RICK AND MY PURCHASE !

What a fun and exciting place to find furniture! The table we bought is BEAUTIFUL, and I know well cherish it for years and years to come. Don saw us come back over and over, as we can be indecisive shoppers, and never ceased to greet us with kindness. I paid for and ordered a sectional at the end of September. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks. I was a little disappointed but excepted that.I called to see when I could expect it. I was told December. NOTHING ?I have called 5 times since and have been bumped out everytime.I called today (2/10/2021. Now Im told it will be another 3-4 Weeks.Im not real impressed. The person who I contacted, acted like it was not a big deal.I will think twice before ordering furniture from there again ! 🤬

It took 8 months for a sectional to be delivered and not one phone call was made to update with anything. Was supposed to be 6-8 weeks.. very poor communication, very unhappy with how they have handled everything

Good quality furniture and good selection on different and fitting your style

Everyone was kind especially since I was using a scooter. My complaint is that there are no disabled parking spots. Especially when theyre is a sale, there is a tent over them. As far as I know that is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The scooters were in the warehouse. Luckily I had a stool to sit on.

Love this store! They have all kinds of cute and awesome decorations and photo ops..also their decorative items are super cute. Buying my reclining loveseat was like going to an amusement park. Their furniture is excellent quality and getting it home was a smooth process. I love the Old Cannery!

Purchased a dining set and two benches. Walked out with the table and one bench and was told the other would be available in a few weeks. There were several delays and not much communication about it. However, when I let them know that I was upset not necessarily about the delays ( can’t blame them for a pandemic) but the lack of customer service, they called and righted their wrong. Made the best of a bad situation. Enough to salvage me as a customer :)

After going to Ashley Furniture, JR Furniture, and Mor Furniture we stopped by Old Cannery. The environment was significantly more laid back, no one was pushing for any sales, but there was always someone nearby to answer questions. Nick, our sales guys was super helpful, took measurements with me and just overall was pleasant to deal with. The price point we paid for our furniture was less expensive than JR Furniture and Ashley furniture for very similar, but lesser quality product. Mor had a cheaper option that was similar to what I got at Old Cannery but again, lesser quality product. Overall we paid a very reasonable amount for much better quality. Luckily I have a big truck and trailer to pick up what I ordered as their delivery isnt a in house delivery, whereas the big box stores offered a white glove delivery option. So if you dont have a option to pick up yourself that could be one downfall. Overall very pleased with pricing option we found and the experience of finding our furniture here. If youre in the area check them out before jumping on a deal at one of the big box stores. You might find something much better here!

They have furniture. Tons and tons of furniture. Wish they had better delivery options but you cant have everything.

Went in looking for a couch that I could have delivered quickly. Nick was very helpful and showed me several options that met my needs. He did not pressure me and I found the entire experience pleasant. I drove all the way from Bellevue and it was worth the drive and my couch will be delivered on Thursday.

Loads of quality furniture on display in a historic building. Delicious fudge varieties for sale. Prices are on the high side of reasonable, but I saw many pieces I wanted.

I wouldnt recommend purchasing from The Old Cannery unless you buy something off of the showroom floor. We made a purchase over the summer, clearly understanding that the pandemic could cause some delays in production. However, we have had constant struggles with customer service, needing to chase down information about an ETA on our order. Our calls are never returned, and the ETA gets pushed out each time we check in (every 2-3 weeks). No one seems to be able to tell us what is really going on, and at this point by the time we receive our order, we will have waited 5 months to receive it. I am in the furniture and design industry and have never experienced such little knowledge from a distributor, or such little accountability. Very frustrating experience. I can only hope nothing is wrong with the order once it does arrive.

We dont buy a lot of furniture but when we do, we always shop here. Service is excellent without being invasive and when no one else seems to have what we want, i always find what I need at a fair price! Love this place.

We love shopping at The Old Cannery and have purchased many pieces of furniture there over the years. Don of the Sales Staff was exceptionally patient, helpful and professional. We then went to Customer Service to put a down payment of our purchase. We were directed to Christinas window, she was so rude to my husband and I. We could not hear her clearly through masks, plexiglass divider, pounding noise at the next window with excessive talking of other employees behind her. Christina embarrassed both of us with her actions and was yelling beyond what would be necessary in front of other employees and customers. We will be avoiding her assistance and rudeness when we come into pay for our purchase.

Purchased furniture in early September, was told mid-late October delivery, no communication, its now January, still no communication and no furniture. Spoke with Alex, Jada and a Supervisor in Customer Service to no avail. Jan 4th, called in the morning and was told to call back later, called at 3pm and was told our furniture would not be done until late February as their supplier is waiting on the fabric. This was ordered in early September. We canceled the entire order (over $6,000) and will be shopping elsewhere. This goes beyond disappointment and is totally unacceptable. I am a long time customer of TOC of many years and many purchases.

Sent two emails to them asking the price of a sectional if I paid in cash (online price was $2498.00) since paying with a card would cost them around 3% in transaction fees. No response to first email. In the second email they told me the couch cost $500 more than it was listed for online.Heard good things about them, but Ill pass. Been waiting on a child bed set that they keep telling me is 2 weeks out every 2 weeks.. its been 2 months now. I believe they are making it from scratch at this point. But hey... everyone there is really nice. Lol.
