Had Glassman install a shower door. Despite the Pandemic and supply chain delays they were always open and honest. They were quick to respond to all inquiries and never wavered in their price or commitment to get the job done. Nichole was great to work with and the two young men who installed the glass were very professional.

I was originally told that the rough estimate Im getting would be high if anything and then when I got the estimate it was $200 more expensive apparently because I needed thicker glass which Im wondering why they didnt know the first time around both girls Kaylee and JC were very polite and helpful but getting a quote that was $200 more than what I was originally told puts them in the same category as everybody else so I decided to search elsewhere.

I found Glassman online, needed to replace the glass in my fireplace frames for the doors. All I had to do was bring the frames in and in a few days I had the glass and frames . I’m happy to say they did a terrific job! I highly recommend this company for the product and excellent customer service!

Hired Glassman to install shower glass/door for Neo angle pan. Took them 3 tries to get the job done right. From the seal being cut to short to the bottom of the door being installed backwards to stripped screws. I would not recommend Glassman to install shower doors or any other item period.

A few days ago I was in a panic trying to find a business where I could get glass cut and fitted immediately for a fair price.I had purchased a large antique picture frame from local antique mall and was planning to use it at my wedding as a welcome sign, but the frame did not have any glass or a mirror.I contacted Lowes, who does offer this service, but I called atleast five or more different times trying to find out the cost as well as which locations had trained employees in the glass cutting. I went to one location that a Lowes employee directed me to and I was told that someone currently on the clock could help. when I arrived, someone else told me that they did not cut glass there. The second Lowes I went to I was also told that someone who could help was available, but when I got there not long after the call, that supposed trained employee was no longer around. Another guy tried to help me and was honest, saying that he did not feel well trained for the glass cutting. I stood and waited for him to cut that picture glass for almost two hours ultimately leaving with nothing because he could not cut the glass into a sellable condition.overall I recieved less professional or expertise customer service in this situation from Lowes.I called GlassMan Inc the next morning and explained that my wedding was in a few days and I needed the frame fit. The lady on the phone told me that she would tell the men cutting the glass on site that this was an urgent job for a wedding. I brought the frame in and everything was cut and secured within 20 mins!The price was a little higher than at Lowes, but the service was speedy, glass was secured, and cut nicely it wasn’t jagged or cracked like it had been at when I went to Lowes.

I had a shower door installed several years ago they did a great job it looks great and functions perfectly all except it LEAKS! I’ve been back at least six times over the last few years and they just keep brushing me off finally after of course my warranty is up they tell me they could adjust the door so it won’t leak for the price of $300 plus any additional parts that might be needed. I would never recommend these people and would use anyone else except these guys!

Rude and unprofessional, yes, they do have horrible customer service. I called Glassman to get the glass replaced in several large windows with broken seals. I wanted to use a local company and waited for a written bid. After two weeks they finally gave me a price over the phone but said they were too busy with their other (larger) window contracts, and didnt have time to put the bid in writing. The price was ok but I wanted the bid in writing so I could be sure of the specifications and what would be installed. I was told someone would get back to me when they werent so busy but that didnt happen so I called again--twice. They basically told me that my job wasnt worth their time, because they had so much other commercial business. The ladies in the office were very rude, acting as if it was an inconvenience to help me. They evidently dont care a thing about customer service. Ive never been treated so badly by a company I was trying to hire. The only explanation I can think of is that this must be a family owned business and they arent afraid of losing their jobs, so they treat potential customers badly and get away with it. My small job cost almost $3000 and I was able to find a good company with great customer service who were able to complete the job within a few weeks. Stay away from Glassman, there are better options.

They are always very friendly when I have called. Easy to work with. The installer is very courteous and did a great job. Cleaned up after himself. This is the 3rd time Ive used them on some very large windows and even one colored glass install.

Replaced the mirrors in my wife’s vanity for $58. The Glassman was fast and easy to work with. I will definitely ask them to do glass tops for our coffee table and end tables. I look forward to working with them again.

Totally pleased. Needed a garden window replaced, and was having trouble finding help. I had Glassman cut some glass to cover some birds eye maple antiques, and inquired about garden windows. The ladies took time to talk to me about their products, and I picked one that seemed high quality. Bob, one of the owners, then came out to my house and precisely measured my window opening. Several weeks later their installers brought it out to my house, removed the old unit, and installed the new one. Cost was excellent, service always helpful, the window fit perfectly, and the installers did a fantastic job and left everything sparkling clean and tidy. Couldnt be happier!!!

I ordered a custom mirror from the Glassman. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful. They quickly determined the best shape for the mirror and did a great job explaining how beveled corners are made. My installer showed up right on schedule and got the old mirror taken down and stowed in my garage (too heavy for me) and the new one installed just right. The new mirror looks great. I could not have wished for a better results. Thank you Glassman!

Our experience with this company has been nothing but fantastic. From the owner Bob coming out and telling us we didnt need to replace the complete window just the glass. This in the end saved us several thousand dollars. The customer service we recieved from the office staff was exceptional. The installers were polite, efficient and awesome. Plus their windows are guaranteed for life. I highly reccomend them.

This place is great! I tried other glass repair places and none came close to offering the service this place did. Not only did they replace a window for me at a very affordable rate but they also completed my window a full day before they originally told me! I hope I wont need to have anymore windows repaired in the future but I know I will be going back to Glassman if the time comes.

I bought a house with this company windows The quality of these windows stuck. For these windows to be double paned storm windows. More like a cheap Version! You can hear everything thing outside like having you window open 24-hours a day. When you think about quality.., this company doesn’t even come close. Not happy with the quality

Our initial correspondence via email went smoothly and we believed we were on our way to a positive experience getting our in-glass pet door installed. However, the costumer service quickly took a turn for the worse. We spent weeks trying to get the initial measuring scheduled. Theyd tell us theyd call right back, only to go days without calling. After Id email them theyd finally call back, schedule something, and cancel it hours before it was supposed to take place. Then it was back to waiting for a callback, which again was days late. After almost 3 weeks of back and forth, we finally took our business elsewhere and had someone out from another company that same day. It was clear that Glassman did not value our business at all, and if they would have been transparent from the start and told us they were 3-4 weeks away from even measuring our glass I would have appreciated the honesty, but there was none of that. Dont waste your time like I did, when there are plenty of glass companies out there that will actually value their costumers.

Went to a place in Enumclaw where they asked me to take the window apart in front of them and measure it. I went to glass man and she said leave it with us and we will get it handled 2 days later my house is secure again. Thank you guys !

As an overly ego protective DIYer who up to that point had done the entire bathroom remodel except for the shower door install, I was extremely apprehensive about farming out the doors to anyone.Not that I hadnt done shower doors before, it was just that way back then the doors were an easier install with framing that was light but looked like a covered bridge over the Okefenokee swamp, with hand-rails.Once I got the bid for the doors I wanted (CRL [C.R. Laurence], Oil rubbed bronze, Hydroslide) from Jerry at Glassman Inc. I could see the labor was reasonable and because the glass was 3/8 instead of 1/4 I knew the addition weight of the two panels would be tougher for me to handle alone.I swallowed hard, called and told Jerry they could do the job.In about a week or so after that call, they had the material and the install was scheduled for the following week.During the install and watching the two guys doing the work I realized I had made the right decision in having Glassman do the work. It definitely would have been a definite struggle for me to have done it by myself given the weight of the glass panels.And WOW, I couldnt be happier. The frameless style doors look they are from an ad for home design.Great job Bob and Jerry.P.S.
