Upon delivery l found the mattress was severely buckled from head to foot down the middle. The delivery men stated that it was placed on its side during shipping & delivery & that the inside materials had shifted. This was documented on the delivery receipt. I cannot sleep on this severely defective mattress & to make mattress worse they cant get a replacement for 3 weeks or longer. This has & is continuing to be a horrible experience. To be continued!

Appreciate being taken to several mattresses brands and styles before coming to a conclusion. The sales person was courteous and patient with us, making sure that we try each one until there was a process of elimination, leading to a final pick. More will be said after delivery, and use of the mattress for about two weeks or so. This so far, was a very good shopping experience!

Went out in the rain to look at mattresses. Ours is old and cheap. We have body aches every morning. First stop was the store that we got our original mattress from. My sales associate was very personable and knowledgeable of the various products. She understood my needs and offered to meet my needs. It was a pretty good experience.

We had a lump appear in our hybrid matteress which was purchased in 11/18/20. Went to our store and manager explained how to apply for claim. Went home and got on compter and applied and included required pictures. Sent to Mattress Firm and received immediate replied that claim would be reviewed and we would hear back within five days. We did hear back and claim was approve. Took return letter with approval to store today and replacmemt will be delivered In a couple of days. Nice to deal with MF and no hassell.

So I looked all over Sumter for a mattress and this was the only store that had quality good mattresses in stock. They were also cost friendly and Kim was very helpful when It came to getting it home. Definitely would recommend shopping there.

I just bought my second and third Mattress from Mattress Firm. Kim was very accommodating and I made my purchase over the phone. I have been sleeping on my first Mattress for over a year And have found it to be very comfortable. I highly recommend Mattress Firm.

The lady was very kind and helpful. She was kind to me and my one year old I had to drag along. She showed me a lot of mattresses and listened to me. I do feel like you could get these mattresses cheaper elsewhere. But I had my baby and I just had to get it done and didnt feel like going looking all over, or going to Florence or Columbia. I even saw them for cheaper on their website so that was disheartening. But I did get a free adjustable bed I never would have had, or invested in, otherwise. So I would say, do research before. They are very informative and kind but they are salespeople so be informed before you go.Havent gotten the mattresses yet, Ill update then.

I bought a queen sized Beauty Rest matress medium firm I love it I got the metal platform for it. I was surprised how easy it was to.put together 5 min. I am very happy with my new bed. My back does not hurt when I wake up in the morning. I ordered 2 twin and 1 full sized matresses with the metal platform for them thats how pleased I was with my first purchace. The people their are very friendly and helpful I 100% recommend them.

These people are really customer oriented. I was looking for a memory foam full size mattress that would be firm but not so much that I had to sleep with back pain. Not a problem they set me right up with what I needed and then started giving me discounts, the biggie being MILITARY. Now I could have driven 90 miles round trip and saved a few dollars but they had what I wanted right there and with the great customer service, I was sold. They listen to what you want and are looking for and do their best to get it for you. Now they do have some high quality mattresses/sets from respected brand names if that is what you are looking for. They also have pillows, sheet sets and foundation kits in different price ranges but all are quality items. A final note, the mattress worked too well. I was able to sleep for more than two hours at a time, not possible in years due to back pain. Of course there may be some cons but I havent seen them.

I had made a poor purchase elsewhere, not really anyones fault, however having the skill, training, product knowledge and Mattress Firms quick assessment system of asking the few basic questions saves time, money and effort ensuring happy, well-rested customers and the stores (and companys) success. We went to mattress firm today at the Sumter, SC location. We were wanting to upgrade our mattress but we werent sure we could afford to walk out with one today and we were planning on waiting until we got our taxes back. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by James. He was so nice and helpful and even offered our two year old a water and a snack while we shopped around. He was patient with my husband and I as we laid on 5 or 6 mattresses. We even started back at the beginning and narrowed them down on by one until we found the right one for us and he didnt show an ounce of irritation towards us. When it came to finance options, he broke them down for us and gave us several different quotes so we could find the payment plan that worked for us. And most importantly he made us feel comfortable and was an absolute delight to work with. Needless to say my husband and I walked out with a new mattress set to be relieved this coming Friday. This is a rip-off! I ordered my son a full-size bed and it was almost too short for him at 10 years old!! They would not take back the expensive sheets and it took $85 for delivery there and $85 delivery back which was not refundable!! Needless to say I lost almost $400 because of this!!! BEWARE!!
