These people have some of the worst rentals ever, some apartments you can see through the walls, mildew and mold in the walls the only people that rent here are people that cant afford anything better thats why they have such cheap rentals theyre disgusting their slumlords the worst thing about it is Sumter does nothing about it .if the city started inspecting these locations they would actually have to fix them up clean them up and have them adequate for people to live in,
