I had 2 terrible experiences at the TSC in Colombia on Garners Ferry, I called the TSC in Sumter, problem solved, very knowledgeable and courteous employee named Kristina solved all my problems. Highly recommend this store.

Walked around looking for some 6 ft folding tables. They said they were in stock online but couldnt find it in the store. Asked an associate and he didnt look but radiod another associate who also didnt look but instead said they dont have any. Walked around some more and found 3 of them sitting in the middle on the floor. I left them there. Instead Ill spend a few bucks extra to get it from Lowes. Maybe helping me wasnt on their priority list.

Never been dissatisfied with this store and there staff. If they dont have it, they will do what they can to help you. You wont go wrong with this place at all.

Always pretty clean and they have quite the selection. Customer service is usually pretty nice, but were pretty slow to respond when we wanted to get some baby chicks. But thats no problem lol, Im pretty patient and I understand places get busy. Decent prices too!

The staff waited until I arrived at gather my curbside pickup so it took a longer than expected. Staff was friendly but did not wear a mask when at my car and well within six feet of me.

Extremely helpful folks as always, wish they hadnt been out of running fence posts. Was able to get fence wire for goats and will be ordering chickens online next week.

Needed to get propane and they were wonderful.

I went for some pvc pipe didnt know what size lol but I got some useful stuff for my project and wish you had small genertors for projects I may be aiming back for a windmill!

I love Tractor Supply I buy all my dog food 100Lbs. a month and my chicken feed 200 Lbs. They have everything you may need for your dogs/cats, horses, cattle, goats, pigs, poultry and game birds. Most of the time when I have a question or I ask for best product for the issue I have and I recive great advise a few times the person working just blew me off and did not help. Thats only happened twice. They have a wide variety of items, the clothing, boots are well made and look good. Also if something is not in stock or you need something they will specail order it. Also a mobile Veterinarian is their every other Saterday 20$ rabies vaccination now thats a great savings the Veterinarian also does testing among other dog/cat care.The dog food and chicken feed I buy is a very good price the best price I have found. However Tractor Supply has high prices on other Live Stock items and pet care. The work boots /boots clothing is $$ The Tractor Supply has a lot of real cool items I just have to try and wait for things to go on clearance when they do everything goes fast.I recommend Tractor Supply

They helped me in every way possible and even helped occupy my 2 year old daughter while Jayne and I were dealing with customer service on the phone. Own 4 dogs so I come often for supplies for them. Great prices & quality. No long waits and staff is always helpful.

Stopped in for the first time since moving to the Sumter area, and was completely blown away! They actually had a great deal on two animal shapped planters, and wind chimes. Everyone was extremely friendly. We will definitely be returning. The only negative part is the store is a smidge cramped in some areas.

The sales associates here are very friendly and helpful when you are looking for an item you need but cant locate. They keep the store clean and organized and have a great clearance section which constantly changes, so I check it every time.

Wow this store is twice the size of my local store. Great selection of what ever your farming needs. Love the clothing and boot selection they have. Wonderful experience at the Sumter SC location.

Customer Service is phenomenal. Its nice to spend your money in a store (customer service at other locations Ive used has been ok, but the Sumter location is far superior) where theyll take a small extra step for you, especially without being asked. The store has always been stocked and well kept on my visits. Ive never walked out without being offered help loading either, at least one person and sometimes several people ask on your way through the store and at the check out. Im in this particular store at least once a week.

Called ahead of time to ask the person in charge if I could return an oil filter that was the wrong size for my truck. Lost the receipt and asked if I could get store credit and the lady said they could do it and wouldnt be a problem.. 45 minutes later me and my fiance went to tractor supply and went to the cashier line and told the cashier that I had called previously and was questioned about my oil change and the Make and model of my truck . He took forever and called a guy manager to help him put the credit on the card and then accused of lying and that we never spoke to the lady manager and accused us of stealing the oil filter cause I didint have the receipt. Demanded that my fiance showed proof that we even had an oil change done. Ive never been treated so rudely in my life. My fiance to speak to the manager and to find out who we could make a complaint to and was told that they dont give out that information. Ill never step foot in any tractor supply store again. You guys should know who works for you and how they treat customers cause your going to be losing a lot of business.

Very nice assortment of work and garden tools, decent offerings of deer hunting accessories and livestock, equestrian, pet supplies, bird feeder supplies, and chicken food, medicines, and other associated products. Staff is usually courteous and helpful. Many items too numerous to mention.

I went in here for supplies for a new puppy. The prices for the dog food where the same as Amazon. The employees were all very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be shopping there for puppy all the time.

Love this store and the staff. They are extremely helpful in finding what you need and if they do tvuave it they will see if they can order and/or have it shipped to anywhere you want.

Got the necessary items that I went for but when I bought a pair of boots they only had one boot in each box. Went to the counter to ask for assistance she paged someone and he promptly came to the boot department. When I asked about the boots I wanted and mentioned that there were only one in the box he very rudely snapped back thats how we keep you people from stealing them when I said well Id like to buy a pair could I get the other one he stormed off with attitude came back with the boot and very rudely said it will be at the counter. I also wanted to purchase a large kennel and raining collars for my dogs but after realizing how rude the assistance was I decided to just order the other stuff from Amazon. At least they arent rude and treat you like a thief when youre trying to give them your money. Workers kind of deserve to lose their jobs to online shopping when they dont want to do the job they are paid to do. Camden or Columbia is well worth the drive over this place

They had everything that I was looking for. I especially like the bulk hardware purchase. I needed several 6 inch bolts with hardware. You pay by weight which is cheaper than regular hardware store prices.

This place has a very wide range of farm and outdoor equipment for your needs. Lawnmowers, weed whackers and chains. It also has animal feed for those who have chicken coops and other farm animals.

I can go to Camden and get MUCH better service especially when you have heay bags of feed. When you pay full price for feed and several bags of it you shouldnt have to ask for help it should at least be offered. Employees are friendly but a lazy crew. I have seen this since it opened and hasnt changed yet.

Mileage may vary, on this one: We went in to swap out an item that was defective, purchased within 24 hours of returning it. Wouldnt work straight out of packaging. We were told the only way to swap it out would be to use the warranty we purchased, get a new item, and buy a new warranty. We opted for a refund instead of a potential loop in defective items.

Always a great selection. Prices vary from great to over priced.

If you live anywhere outside of big city limits, or have parents that do, you need to visit Tractor Supply. They have baby chicks in right now!!! They all looked so warm, clean, and happy chirping and cheeping away. They also have a really nice garden selection that comes in the spring as well. Year round, they have oodles of dog food and supplies, also stuff for cats, horses, deer, and people! Vaccines, dewormer, grooming stuff... They have cowboy boots, clothes, toys, housewarming surcies and then lots of farm tools and hardware. Wild animal traps.. I got one of my dogs shots here and gave them all to her myself for about half the cost it would have been at the vet. You can get them all but the Rabies vaccine here, the vet or humane society does that. Msny places have a law that your pets must have thier rabies vaccine. Most Humane Societies do 1 or 2 with a spaying/neutering for free!!! If not free, then its still only around $20 for the fixing and rabies there. So if you dont have much money but want the best for your pets, you can let the HS do those, then get the other few Vaccines from here.

This is a great place if you have animals and I also have farm equipment you can also buy propane yard materials parts for trailers lawn mowers and they also have vitamins and minerals for livestock and the customer care is really great. Ill answer any questions that you might have..
