This particular store is always clean and the employees are generally friendly and helpful. If you want a covid test from this location I recommend the 24hr results option as I received my results in less than 2hrs! You will need to make an appointment though, but there were openings on pretty much all the days I was interested in.

I went to the pharmacy in SCW 30min before closing time to pick up my prescription and receive my flu shot. The pharmacist on staff that day refused to administer my flu shot because they were closing in 30 minutes. I was the ONE AND ONLY customer at the pharmacy at this time of day. Since when does it take more than 30 minutes to administer a flu shot when there is no one else in line?

I have tried to transfer my prescription on several occasions with no luck. Each trip to the Sun City West Walgreens they assure me the transfer is complete. Each month I stop in to pick up my prescription and they tell me they have nothing on file. They are usually rude and treat me as if I am the problem. I would encourage everyone to find a alternative!

The worst pharmacy I have ever had to use. No one should have to wait 12 days past a doctors fill date with 7 visits to the location to pick up a medication I have been taking by prescription covered by insurance for over 6 months. Everytime they make a mistake they ask me if I want to buy it off the counter for hundreds of dollars. My doctor and psychiatrist are baffled by the horrendous quality of this pharmacies staff.

Inconsistent. Some of Pharmacy Staff are helpful and friendly. Some are another generation from polite and helpful. Mgr needs to fire one and make the entire staff perk up. When you do that it works every time. Reason needed? Observe window service - especially drive up window. Overweight lady there is really unhappy with her job. Not necessary for a customer to put up with rudeness when you are putting money in your till. America is great and works that way. Not hard.

It’s happened to me more than once coming back to this store only to have the same problem with them being out of stock of not only ad items but everyday items as well.Then to make matters worse the rudeness of the employees and they insult you by laughing at you because they don’t have leadership on how to treat people. I’ve called corporate and left a complaint and still haven’t heard back from anyone. I have to drive farther to another Walgreens but it’s worth it because I’m to old to put up with this rudeness.

October 2018: Week another less than happy experience at Walgreens. Sigh. Bought a wrist splint, on my way to Frys which I figured wouldnt have them.Clerk got really snippy when I informed her I dont have a loyalty card and dont want one. Grrr. Splint was $30 plus tax.At Frys, a slightly less deluxe splint was $15 plus tax. I HATE Walgreens. Not just happy to not have their stupid loyalty card, Im ecstatic. Yeah, Frys also has a loyalty card. Im a hypocrite.Last edited July 2018:. Okay Walgreens, although hate the whole you have to register with company to get best prices. Shrug. Had a clerk not very nicely insist on it, I told him Id shop elsewhere. Shrug. Im sure they dont care. Sigh.

New to the area I decided to use Walgreens for my scripts. I have had two prescriptions filled.They have emailed me no less than eight times, called me twice and I still waited in the store to pick up. I called to try to rectify their problems and I only listened to an electronic voice that accepted no questions but sure didnt mind wasting my time. My advice is to avoid Walgreens. There are a lot of good pharmaceutical companies in the area that are professional, considerate and mindful of our time. They are so proud of their electronics and automatic emails and calls that they have forgotten that they are dealing with real people.

Great friendly staff. They really go above and beyond expectations to provide excellent customer service.

I was in this store today 8/22 and observed a pharmacy tech being horribly rude to an elderly gentlemen. She was impatient and apathetic to his needs and obviously he was confused. I could hear all of this 2 rows away. There is NO excuse for this....this Walgreens is in a senior community! We need to treat our seniors with respect. I also talked to the Pharmacy mgr. and his reaction was to roll his eyes at me, told me she wasnt doing that and walked away! Shame on you both!

We go to Senior Day to receive the discounts. We have not received the correct discounts on several occasions. The cashiers machines are not giving the correct discounts. We will not be going back for Senior DayTHIS IS A RIP OFF.........Tired of having to go back for the correct price...

I have not even used the pharmacy here yet, but will have to start since my insurance company said I have to use a Walgreens pharmacy and this is the closet one to my home. I have talked To multiple people in the pharmacy Dept and each and every single one has just been a d*ck, they seem annoyed and bothered that they are on the phone while you are asking them questions. Not friendly at all and will definitely be looking at going out of my way to a different Walgreens to get my meds.

Always Always ...go above and beyond in customer service ....from pharmacy to photo and everyone in between. And CONSISTENTLY...I have been going to this store for over 2 years!

The sales clerk today, before 8 am refused to sell me cigarettes because I didnt have an ID. I am 65.

Pharmacy provided me w the wrong prescription and then refused to take responsibility for it. Refused to refund me $58. Spent on script. Denied any culpability on their part. Very rude.
