If there were more than 5 stars I would click them all! Remodeling and updating can be a real headache, but with Thomas and his team, they made the process very easy. The customer service from the front desk to all the workmen coming to our house was an excellent experience. The crew was always on time and kept everything neat and clean and were very respectful of us as owners and also very respectful to our property. Our kitchen update is beautiful and we are extremely happy with the completion. We have additional projects to have done and we will definitely have Interiors by Thomas again.M and V Polidoro

Abosolutly Wonderful Staff! Very professional and honest! They kept me in the loop with the material back order and answered every question I had. The final product was better than I dreamed about Would! Would 100% recommend to anyone who is in need of any home remodeling.

Interiors by Thomas painted the entire interior of my house and turned it into my dream home. They were completely professional and delivered as promised. They cleaned up like a professional cleaning company when they were done and were respectful of all of my home and belongings throughout the entire job. I will use them for all of my painting needs in the future and so should you. 😊😊 Very happy customer.

IBT remodeled my kitchen and two baths before I moved into my new home. They were fantastic to work with and they did a beautiful job. On time, under budget, and exactly as promised. I will use them for ALL of my home remodeling needs in the future. I have gone with the “cheaper” estimates in the past and it has ended up costing a great deal in the end. IBT is professional and capable and they are my contractor of choice, no doubt!!

I want to share my negative and unpleasant personal experience in dealing with the owners, father & son ( Thomas and Ronnie Nitz). They were late 45 min to the estimate appt, they took over 2 weeks to submit their proposal for painting my kitchen cabinets and media wall. My simple media wall shelf was quoted closer to $5000, extremely high cost and way more expensive than I was expected and promised. The only way for me to contact them to review & discuss this, was going through their customer service dept. After several emails, I was informed that they provide in store consultation to discuss, review and revise proposals on Monday 11-12, Wednesday 11-12 and Friday 11-12 or 1-2. On my consultation appt date with Thomas, he informed me that he would not refund the full deposit for his rental property to my girlfriend as he had promissed verbally and by text message. I was very much surprised by his sudden change of decision and broken promises and it made me question his integrity in business practices. I let him know my confusion, discontent, disappointment and my decision not to proceed with the contract. Immediately everything turned badly by him acting very rude toward me and demanding very loudly to leave his business and saying that there is nothing else to discuss and simply to get out. Thomas’s unexpected & unprofessional reaction was suddenly noticed by a couple of his employees and a walk-in customer. After I questioned his behavior and negative reaction and we argued back and forth for a few moments, unexpectedly he and his son Ronnie physically approached me and placed their arms on my back and escorted me out of the store. Due to their inappropriate acts, I filed a police report. I very much regret to say that this is the result of my mistake by not doing the right thing of checking & researching this business online for reviews, business reputation and business profile. I found out online that this company has real trouble staying up-to-date on their social media channels, especially when it comes to addressing the customer service aspect. They are not an accredited BBB member, maintaining a C+ rating with two complaints with one unanswered. They have not replied to some of the other several online (good and bad) customer reviews. This is a signal to customers that this company not only doesn’t care about their opinions and feedback but, also doesn’t value their contribution to the business.Definitely choose somewhere more professional, with more experience, more open and upfront about whats being done and not just out to make $.There are better shops in the area, I already hired one close to them that I am very happy with. Please save yourself a trip, headache, trouble and hassle coming to this place. Good showroom store but terrible customer service by the owners.

Great quality work, they dont cut corners and the owner was super friendly and honest.
