I needed a little part to fix my tree trimmer. Harbor Freight told me to just buy a new one. These folks here were all so super friendly and very helpful. They had the exact part that I needed. Thank you so much. Im now a customer for life.

We went in to buy a traditional Weber Grill. We asked what tools were necessary to put it together because we needed to borrow them (we were new to the area and the movers hadn’t arrived yet with our stuff). Anyway, the friendly folks at this store graciously offered to put it together for us. We’re loyal customers now!

The manager and the sales associate at the register were the most friendly, welcoming, wonderful people. I was on the hunt for a very specific metallic paint that I couldnt find anywhere until I found one in stock at this store. The manager held it for me and when I finally got there he greeted me by my first name and with a smile on his face and the forever young sales associate at the register helped me pick out a new hummingbird feeder. Even though I live about an hour away Ill be back. 😉 With the world going to hell in a hand basket right now its really wonderful to meet people like them.

I was followed, but never offer help. Whole I looked for 2 items I wanted. There was at least 5 employees working and not a single customer in the building. I made a joke at the register were 2 senior ladies stood waiting for me to leave. I said youre a little over staffed today...nothing in response...I should have walked out. But I bought one item, and will never return to this store again.What a horrible experience...Why are they even at work, they were all over 65 years of age. They should be home, right...I hope they dont get sick.My rant is over...If you want friendly customer service dont shop here.Unless maybe your golfing buddy works here you wont see a smiling face at true value in Sun City West.Go...To...Ace Hardware in any city, they treat people like family.

Super helpful staff!! Was looking for a specific piece of hardware and couldn’t find it at the previous four stores we stopped at, walked right in got help and and walked out with what we needed!! We will be back for our hardware needs!

Usually an excellent place to shop. They recently remodeled their hardware section, which was a much needed improvement. While they were remodeling, I asked several times about purchasing the old hardware organizers and was told that the old organizers would not be for sale until November 1st at their parking lot sale. I left my contact information in case they became available earlier. When I arrived this morning looking for these organizers, I was informed they had already been sold to someone else in advance of the sidewalk sale. When asked why they were sold earlier instead of the promised time, the response was a shrug of the shoulders and mumbled, conflicting excuses.

OMG, what a great little hardware store!! A place where people help you and know what they are doing and talking about!

Generally good place to go for hardware, plants, etc. and .... stuff you dont need but you have a hard time resisting.Service is generally good. If you dont get assistance, go to the checkout desk and ask them to send someone to assist you. Shrug.

Sunwest True Value carries all the hard to find repair items that were used in the construction of the homes here in Sun City West and more. The employees are wonderful, will help you find anything you need and, when necessary, will tell you how to do the repairs you need to do at home. Weve shopped here for over 24 years now and have never been disappointed.

Always enjoy going into our Sun City West True Value Store. The prices and selections are good. And, the clerks are helpful and quick.

Service, service, service. They go beyond helping you find something. They now offer a Military Discount. I bought a BBQ Grill, they put it together, delivered it and briefed meon all functions and warranty.

Unless youre over 60 years old do not expect to have even one of the workers there talk to you or offer to help you or even acknowledge your presence I went in there looking for a simple item that all hardware stores carry knowing that they would have it so I could fix some irrigation for a customer of mine I was so frustrated by the time I got done that the only thing I wanted to do was get out of that store I will never go back to that true Value again try to ask three different people where to find the product that I was needing could not get any kind of response from any of them not even a hello or just a second please

Slow slow service. Waited over five minutes to have a security tag removed from a flashlight before having to walk out. Staff by retirees who move in slow motion.

Had most of what I needed and sent us to another store that completed what we needed.

Bought a gallon of premium paint was not offered a stir stick nor opener, at $33 and change a gallon you would think so. Time to go back to Ace tired of the incompetence at this True Value store.
