We are professional, licensed and board certified. We have state of the art equipment and are quite versed in its use. I dearly love what I do and love and appreciate my patients. They are happy with their hearing aids and very often bring in their friends and relatives to be helped as well. I was not even with the company at that time.)

Awesome service! I was fully evaluated for hearing aids and all options were carefully explained in detail along with all pricing. I got an excellent price on some high-end hearing aids that fit and work great. But even better is the customer service. After I got the aids I had several visits afterwards to tweak them just right (Im picky). The staff was always courteous and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my hearing aids were tuned exactly to my liking. After several years of use, Lisa went above and beyond to get my aids refurbished to like-new condition. What can I say? This office and staff is the best! They treat the customer like a king! Its nice to know that some businesses are still this way.

Highly recommend! I have been struggling with hearing loss and have had to purchase three other hearing aids from two different vendors in the last 6 years. I was so happy to have found Premeire Hearing several weeks ago! Premier Hearing was by far the best hearing care experience I have had. My hearing care professional was knowledgable, caring and patient. She answered all the questions I had and then some. The reception desk is always friendly and eager to help as well. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

I went in thinking I just didnt understand what people were saying so I thought. Lisa tested me and confirmed I was not hearing what was being said and that I needed hearing aids she put some on me to show me and when she walked into the hall and turned away and said can you here this in a soft voice I said yes and started to cry I was so use to asking everyone what and say it again and im sorry I didnt get that they would get mad at me I now have had them two years. I ref people to Lisa she the best.

Great service! Purchased Hearing instruments from Premier years ago returned for service after they were out of warranty - they still went out of their way to help me at no charge. You dont get that kind of service and value from many suppliers any more.
