BUYER BEWARE: Make sure you check what they deliver to you BEFORE they leave you with it !! After trusting they had delivered what I thought I was getting, I knew they had scammed me. I called Jane Lopez and after telling her my logical complaints, I asked Jane Lopez to simply exchange the mattress by her dealing with the manufacturer (not me). I wanted her to come to the house to see what I was talking about and her response was that she wouldnt do that since she would have to throw the mattress set away due to a law that ties her hands from ever taking back a used mattress.She laughed at me and said I should take a sleeping pill... She acted like it was unheard of to even talk about taking the mattress back or consider it, since it was against some law. She said she had only had one other request for that prior to mine. After that conversation which went NOWHERE, she offered only that she stop by after work to see the mattress set and frame herself. She never did this and later the very same day washed her hands of the whole thing (her words on the phone) instead. Later, over the phone, without even coming to see the frame, she denied that the frame could make a rattling sound and shift about being unstable while being in use (which was what I had as a problem with it). She said that it doesnt do that when weight is put on the frame and the frame she sells is a great high quality frame because she gets them from some reputable place... I told her that there are plastic pegs (key hole plugs) loosely holding the frame in the King Size mode and I couldnt even get them out or tighten them without ruining them, to change the size or adjust the tightness of the frame (which is just always flimsy and not good). On one side there was a plastic peg (key hole plug) completely missing which made the one side shift around more and be less stable/together where the two arms are supposed to be pegged together. I can t really read the FAX of how much the frame cost HER, but it looks like she crossed out a lower price than $40.00 !!!! I got charged way more than that for this horrible frame ( for a King Size bed ). The mattress had stains, snagged/loose threads, and looked like a used bed had been sold to us out of a re-sealed plastic covering bag. The mattress was even worn down & creased on one side like it had definitely been slept-in before! The quality of bed & frame in the Sun City Mattress showroom was much better than the one that was set-up in my home by George...He left so fast, before I could even notice all of this...violated more than one of the manufacturers stipulations while bringing the mattress into my house and so the manufacturers warranty was voided by George Lopez, owner & his helper. Jane and George made the problem and were not helpful at all at quickly making a fair resolution. I was the monkey in the middle of their excuse that they couldnt take back a used mattress, and the excuse that it wasnt their problem (that it was the manufacturers problem)...The manufacturer would have said the warranty was voided ( for sure it had been voided by George and his helper) and this stuck me with the cheap, unusable frame and obviously used mattress I bought; instead of the higher quality, brand new one I was promised & that I paid for. Jane Lopez kept telling me it was against the law to take the mattress back, no matter what. So she stuck me between a rock and a hard place and was a really greedy, nasty person to deal with about a problem that went on for a long while. She caused a lot of unnecessary stress for about a year; while she was not treating me the way she would have wanted to be treated in the same situation and wouldnt take the bed back or make me happy. The customer is supposed to be right! I lost money and it was a very stressful, horrible experience that I am only telling you the shortened version of!!

Purchased a mattress set 2+ years ago. It is the worst mattress Ive ever purchased! It started collapsing within 6 months. My neighbor also purchased a set from here and have the same problem. I give 1* for quality.

Never been here but as I pass the exam owner is friendly to everyone. Always helping and smiling
