Very helpful staff. I just lost My rented home and was already using this place to store some of my stuff. But because I lost my home I needed the biggest unit they had available so that I could store my entire household of all my household goods. The lady i spoke to was very compassionate to me and my situation and assured my wife that things will surely start looking up and get better. We dont feel like things will ease up on us and get better, but to hear a complete stranger reassure us that things will get better and ease the transition for us in to a bigger unit was very very comforting. In a world of chaos we can use more people like the lady that helped us here. Very compassionate very helpful very needed.

I liked that it was very easy to check my Travel Trailer in to this storage facility. The ring road around the property and thru the isles is asphalt which is a plus. The parking stalls are dirt, not a big problem at all. Friendly staff. 25 hour access with a manager living on site for a peace of mind. So far so good.

I rented a U-Haul truck for our move across town and not only was the pricing affordable and the truck available with only a few days notice, but the manager, Ryan, was incredibly helpful. Good customer service goes a long way in my book and I will 100% be renting a truck from here again when its needed.

The office smells really wierd like a pet store and upon entering the owner was very rude about me having my service with me and still was rude and said not pets allowed and frowned upon service dogs also

I will no longer do buisness with this location. The man at the desk is arrogant and non helpful. I accedently scheduled my pick up for 130 online, sat at this location 30 mins before they opened. finally got in to get my uhaul and was told I could not rent it untill 130 even though There was clearly 2 available. ( the man already did not like me from the week prior ) This is the second time I have had to deal with this man and both times he was extremely rude. My husband returned the uhaul the first time and told me to never return to that uhaul location because the man was very arrogant. I did not listen and I regret it. Because of this branch I almost do not want to use uhaul again, and I rent one every Sunday. Shout out to the jerk that works the desk Sunday morning. And if your the manager you need to fire yourself.
