Called ahead of time to make sure all was together before the drive over. I arrive with what was said to be needed only to first be looked passed in line and the person that got in line after me being called, (luckily an honest person reiterating I was before her) only to arrive to counter for notary and be told different information I was given on call prior to my trip here in the first place. Inadequate customer service and informational support. First and last visit.

Whoever the female was working at around 2:30 pm on Dec 30, 2019 was an efficient person with a smile. She was shipping, helping with copies and faxing all at the same time BY HER SELF! The store was busy but she handled smoothly. Great job!

I go to this place all the time to send package internationally it was very smooth (i let them know what are the items in the box specifically all the time and they input it there with the proper item and price and quantity-very thorough) and no charges at all when it was received internationally. But the last time I was there i did the same thing, informed the employee of the items, the price of each item and the quantity. Apparently when I saw the import fees online sent to me it wasn’t the amount, price and quantity of the items that I spent there dictating what they are. IT WAS OVERBOARD. She just put HOUSEHOLD ITEMS as description of goods which isnt the situation. And the sad thing about it is she went overboard with the price of the item inside the package. I only wish there were expensive items in there because the price is ridiculous as what she put in for the customs/import form. The sad thing about it is the person receiving the package had to pay for import fees that are way more expensive than the package itself. I called this UPS store and they said they cannot put in the exact items for me. I tracked my 2 old receipts i had before they can put description as “baby stuff, masks”. This one I shipped lately just said household stuff which amounted to almost 400 usd which was barely the case. The items in the package only amounted to almost 150usd. Horrible feeling I have. Better not describe the items and let them put whatever they want for the price And description of your items. Very dissappointed.

I could walk to the UPS store in Sun City West, but I go out of my way to come to this one. This store is MUCH faster, more efficient and more friendly - especially after the Sun City West store seemed to think I WANTED to wait in line to drop off a package.Yeah, skip the Sun City West store, use this one. MUCH BETTERFebruary 2017:. This store doesnt seem as friendly as the one in Sun City West, but more efficient. So .... I almost always use this one. They also dont sell as many geegaw stuff that you dont need, but too often buy. And then wonder why.Oh, and they have two computers you can use there. I didnt check out the price though.

Keep your receipts and watch for employees leaning on packages while weighing up your package.

This Ups store is on the way to my job so i leave early to drop packages here before 8am start time at job, this ups is suppose to open at 7:30 am so i got there at 7:40 and waited till 7:50 and doors were still locked, so i left my house early and wasted my time in my morning because someone that is employed here cant be to work on time.
