Absolutely amazing. They took the time & effort to find parts I needed. For some odd reason my 2012 car had 2013 parts on it that are significantly different size. If you need experienced staff that will make sure you have correct parts that are also friendly and organized that do A+ work, then this is the place for your auto needs. Highly recommend and will definitely go back

Everyone is courteous and very helpful. Picking up parts curbside is very convenient for me and they are always happy to do so.

Always have what I need

There was an increadably rude & disrespectful employee in the parking lot. I had a coupon for an oil change and based on the pictures added for this location I thought they did oil changes. Once I drove there I found the pictures are inaccurate for this location. I began attempting to locate a different Napa location when a Napa delivery driver came up telling me to get out of his way because he was busy. I attempted to tell him what I was looking for, thinking perhaps he could assist me, and he told me to just go down to Midas down the road, time is money & get out of his way because he has work to do and I was costing him money.

I visited this store at 5:30pm on February 20th 2015. There was a very nice employee who was extremely helpful. I was buying a battery and we started talking about installing them when he said that you always want to disconnect the positive terminal before disconnecting the negative. I told him that removing the positive terminal first is dangerous as touching the frame of the car with a tool while it is touching the positive terminal will short the battery and start a fire. He insisted he was an auto mechanic for 5 years and knew what he was talking about. He also claimed that a battery can quickly fail because a cell can go acidic, I didnt mention to him that all car batteries are acidic if they are charged.So much for NAPA Know How, this guys terrible advice is going to get some amateur mechanic hurt

I work for Napa part-time and the people I work with are excellent. The quality of parts, told and equipment sold by and through Napa is the highest and I appreciate that since I maintain my own vehicles.
