Absolutely wonderful service, from the moment I called them up until I picked up my vehicle. They were thorough and confident that they could look at my vehicle and determine what was going on and made me feel very comfortable bringing it to them. Very happy with the communication with Ryan. It was a big repair (transmission replacement) and Christian Brothers made a thorough inspection of my recently purchased used vehicle. The courtesy shuttle service also came in very handy and the driver was friendly and made a 15+ mile round trip to get me home and back. I would use them again.

Very impressed from the initial phone call. Eric was professional friendly precise and overall a great representative of the company. I brought my car in to have the brakes looked at knowing they needed to be replaced. With their, what I consider innovative technology they sent me a link and I was able to look at the pictures of the parts to my car they gave me a detailed checklist of my entire car. They were able to save some parts and told me my front brakes were in good condition. Felt very confident with what they had going and in the end were able to save me some money. I went to Christian Brothers to get a second opinion on quite a costly repair. I had read previous reviews and was confident I would get an honest opinion on my vehicle. It was easy to get an appointment and the staff was very friendly. They went over my car with detail. Not only was I impressed with their professionalism I liked that they took the time to go over everything with me even finding areas not mentioned in the first opinion by another shop. I decided to go with Christian Brothers. They offered complimentary towing of my car to the shop and even have a shuttle to get you to and from the shop if needed. They kept me updated throughout my repair and the cost was very fair. Jeff was amazing to work with but everyone greats you with a smile. I have mentioned this place to everyone needing car repairs. My husband has sought service here also. I know this is a long post but you wont be sorry if you go here.

I thought I needed all around brakes on my car but I was wrong. Christian brothers did a full inspection and told me I was good for quite awhile yet! They saved me money, offered rides to and from the business while the car was there, they took some amazing pictures of the work performed, the prices were right in my budget, and got my car in and out before I had to leave for work. They are by far the friendliest and most professional auto repair place I’ve ever been to! Highly recommended and will return for all future car care services!

Our car had some really oddball AC issues and needed specialty parts ordered to repair. CB was always available to talk to, get rides if needed, and have great communication options via text and phone. If you want it done right, it’s where you should go.

I was stuck about 200 miles from home when my brake caliper became disconnected from the rotor on my Jeep. I Googled the closest place for help and thankfully it was this team. It was a Sunday, and I was hoping beyond hope that theyd be able to get to it the next day. Once they realized my situation, they did what was required to get me back on the road before they closed on Monday, in fact it was closer to mid-day. Im beyond thankful and couldnt go without expressing my gratitude. If youre in a bind and you need to make a decision, these folks did right by me and I dont believe it was a fluke. I arrived at my appointment to check for an oil leak and found that it was the air conditioning leaking. They were able to repair the seal and replace other parts now recommended by GM. All these parts and service were in additional service that was not on the calendar for today. However, they accommodated me and made sure I had my truck repaired before 5:00 p.m. the same day.

This was my favorite place to bring my truck. Ive given them a lot of business. In April I had them flush my radiator because they told me my coolant only tested to -10 degrees. Well I just went back for a basic oil change and they gave me the same spiel that my coolant only tested down to -10 degrees. I said how could that be when you guys just fix that problem. So the guy went to his computer and was like oh yes we did, my mechanic must have his tool set at Celsius and not Fahrenheit. Now Im not sure if I can trust them. Its a shame. I suggested many of my friends to go there but now I think I should find a new mechanic. They just lost a loyal customer.UPDATE: They called me back to make it right. They retested my coolant and it tested -30 and actually showed me the tool they used and it indeed did test out to -30. They do have good customer service and I appreciate that. Im still a bit iffy but this is the first issue Ive had and want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I decided to change this rating from a 2 star to a 4 star because of their follow through.

Needed a place I could trust for repairs. Always seems the dealerships are looking for ways to charge more and upcharge for things. Christian Bros is my answer to that-always takes care of what I need and charges fair prices for the work done. Theyve earned my loyalty!

Professional, cheerful, clean and comfy waiting area or shuttle, excellent summary (electronic and paper) with photos and clear explanations, prices not overly inflated, not salesy or pushy to get services not actually needed, respectful, easy scheduling, can ask questions and get honest answer (even if you are a woman -- many places try to pull one over on women because we might not know as much about cars and could be an easy target for services not needed -- but not here!). Going back for tire rotation and will keep going back unless my opinion changes because they do!

Usually really good attention to detail, however, upon walking up to my truck after its oil change I noticed the mechanic didnt secure the splash guards back in the wheel well. If I would have drove off without noticing this they could of ripped off on the road or got caught in the tire. They did promptly fix the issue before I left, but the seed was sewn to feel insecure about what other details might also have been overlooked.

A very welcoming place! Got my tires rotated and my oil changed here. Both times they gave a complimentary inspection. Usually Im pretty skeptical of those. They let me know my serpentine belt should be replaced, which is believable at my milage, and gave me a quote for it without being super pushy. Theyre also transparent about pricing. I get good vibes from this place and if I wasnt moving Id stick with them!

This was my first time going here and I will absolutely be going back! The service there is quick, fairly priced, and the people there are beyond nice. The waiting room is also very welcoming with coffee on hand. They treated me like more than just a customer giving them money. Their positive attitudes are by far the best I’ve ever experienced at a shop. 10/10 will be going back for all of my oil changes and repairs!

My check tire light came on just down the road from them on Hwy 19. I stopped in, they got me taken care of and plugged the tire in about 10 minutes. Very clean waiting area, super nice and helpful. Christian Brothers is an excellent locally owned business that provides top notch service. I have been there a few times for wheel bearings, oil change and tire rotation. The communication is amazing and convenient via text messaging. The pictures and descriptions in the report that I received via text were right on and made feel like I was right there. The repairs/services are top quality at reasonable prices. On top of it, the shuttle service is super convenient. I highly recommend CB and will be back in the future.

The minute I called and made an appointment for a oil change they were friendly and professional. The fact that they had a courtesy car to take me home while the work was being done was also a plus! This place was good but definitely corporate. No real discounts to speak of and despite paying over $4K for the work on my car they didn’t wash or vacuum my car or do any little extras that other shops do. I just got my car back and the repairs seem good.

This is the first time we have used their service. My son came home for Easter from Indiana and on Friday at 1:00 in the afternoon he had a warning light come on and he was due to leave Sunday morning....They made time on Friday (they close at 6:00 ) to make sure that my son’s car was good to drive home on Sunday!! Ryan at the counter was great to work with and explained everything thoroughly!! I was very impressed with the service they provided us!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. They were knowledgeable, prompt, and followed through on the process. The waiting room and what I saw of the shop were all cleaner than I would have expected - better than major dealers even. And their online system really makes easy work out of estimates, authorizations and payments. Top shelf establishment in my book.

This was the greatest experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I went in for my normal oil change and a tire rotation. Also included, was a courtesy inspection. I was texted a detailed report of everything they checked, including pictures. I had one issue and it was explained to me thoroughly. They also honestly told me how serious it was and how soon I needed to take care of it. I will be going back for all of my vehicle needs.

They were able to get my car in quickly once I called. They gave me a ride home and when my car was done they came to pick me up. Before performing any work they sent me a text message with pictures and repair recommendations. When done they sent me a copy of the repair invoice and a link to pay online. Entire staff was professional, personable and treated me with respect.

They were very nice and professional. They even let me borrow a folding chair to sit outside and read while they worked on my car! It was above & beyond and I will continue to use their services.

My car broke down on the belt line and they were more than accommodating. Even as busy as they are, they got me in 2 business days later and completed a full alternator and crank sensor replacement in 2 hours! Highly recommend to everyone and will be going back (but hopefully under different circumstances)

Called CBA at 2:00 p.m. on 8/6/21. Got vehicle there 15 mins. later. CBA called me back 2.5 hours later to let me know all 4 brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced. Boom, DONE! Includes 1 year of roadside assistance and they gave me a card for a free car wash. Really friendly atmosphere. Will do business with CBA again for sure.

I have two older vehicles, and so they need occasional attention. I first went to Christian Brothers in 2019 for some brake repairs and a transmission fluid flush. I have been going to them every since for any other car concern. Service is high quality, communication is great and honest! Highly recommend!

I went there because I was having a problem with my car and they were able to help me right away. It turned out that it was just a piece of plastic that was hanging off the front of my car and they took it off for me. They were very nice and awesome to get me in right away and with no charge.

Carmax referred me to Christian Brothers when they didnt have availability to replace my shocks. They were able to get me in the next day, had the parts ready to go and warranty approved before I arrived. They got the work done on a couple hours. Very friendly and helpful. Ill have to keep them in mind when my office moves to that area.

I am a big fan! My mom has been using Christian Brothers for her vehicle maintenance for a while and always spoke very highly. I took my Nissan in recently and was very impressed! I had several issues that had accumulated during COVID, and they addressed them all. The folks there were lovely: kind and professional! The prices were very, very reasonable, and they do offer free rides if needed!I really liked their communication technology. Awesome shop! They found a almost 2 year noise that the dealer couldnt locate and then pointed out that the part was part of a service bulletin and would be repaired for free at the dealership. All the guys I spoke to were absolutely great! From Ryan to Eric to Jeff.....all of them werewonderful, patient & calm when I couldnt be!! I love that they keep you informed every step of the way & that I can approve services and read recommendations & diagnosis info via my phone. My use of this shop was an emergency situation, which can be scary, but they were upfront about the time it would take & the pricing possibilities depending on what was found. They did the work quickly & made me feel very comfortable and confident.I will definitely be recommending Christian Brothers to my friends & family and will surely be using them again! They are great! Have used them multiple times. This last time cost me almost nothing ($20) because a heat shield was loose causing an awful sound. The only thing that has to be replaced was an air filter (unrelated to the sound). They could have charged me a lot for things I didn’t need.

This place was fantastic! They were able to give me a general quote over the phone and then again before doing any of the work. I got in next day and was done before the day was out.Had a transmission flush for general maintenance and my car shifts like its brand new again. They also gave me a free check up to look over the other systems. Highly recommend, Ill be sticking with them for my mechanic and maintenance needs!

I also had an oil change and tire rotation done at Christian Brothers. Staff were very accomodating and took care of my vehicle in a timely fashion. The main thing that got me was the cleanliness of their shop, you can tell it gets taken care of. I think that transfers to how they go about getting work done. Prices are comparable to other shops as well. I would definitely return for more work.

Great people, reliable and honest. They gained me as a customer when my daughter took her car to them and they treated her with respect and took really good care of her. I walked in just before closing with my vehicles rim and tire without an appointment. Explained my car had a flat in my driveway and didn’t investigate the cause. They took my information and told me they would contact me when it was ready. First thing the next morning I had a convenient text message asking me to review an invoice from Christian Brothers. I clicked and link to learn that my job was completed and at a fair price (same as quoted). Being new to the Sun Prairie area I have no reason to not return! Thank you CB!

Good and friendly people. Expect to pay diagnostic fees for every single job. Hard to understand what you are paying for. Took my vehicle in for transmission gear problem and abs/ traction light and got it done in two days. Was told the ABS and traction light got fixed but it came back and now it will be another diagnosis fees over 119 dollars to find out what is wrong with it on top the repair if I would to do it. Cost me over $900 including the diagnosis fee to replace transmission fluid line and put new fluid. I will not be returning.

Besides the oil change which went well, they gave me some good advice as to what I should consider for additional maintenance down the road. No high pressure, just some items to consider. I appreciated that.

Sometimes things dont go according to plan. The technician working on my car realized that hed made a mistake with a repair. While the shop could have covered this mistake by claiming bad news, we found a bigger problem, charging me for the additional repairs, they instead owned up to the mistake. The customer service they extended in this situation was excellent, as was their integrity. Theyve earned my loyalty. I highly recommend them.
