Hunter was the rep that assisted me. The customer service was outstanding. He took the time to explain my options, answer my questions, and set up my new phone. I highly recommend this store. Thanks for a great experience.

I have had 3 emergencies with my phone in the past 4 months. Each time at AT&T Sun Prairie both of the gentlemen working met the need with a good attitude and got me on my way. Great looking store, great service and very personable.

Hunter T is very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to help in anyway he can. Coty is pretty great too.

Yesterday I stopped into the Sun Prairie store just to see options for tablets. The guy helping me was so helpful and knowledgeable. He stayed after hours to make sure we had everything we needed and all our questions were answered. Great Guy and ill be going to that store from now on.

I had an amazing experience in this store. My existing phone crashed and I needed a working phone the next day for my job. Coty and Kaya made sure I had a working phone when I stepped out of the store after 3 hrs. Mine was a complicated situation, I was giving up, but they didn’t m, and instead made it like their mission to fix my problem. In fact they said that they have to fix this so that I can do my job the next day. They stayed an hour and half past the time the store would generally close.I went back there couple of days later, with some other questions, and they treated me the same way. Didn’t run away from me as I made their life hard the last time 🤣. They are amazing and by far the best customer service I got. Period.

We were told we would be save $20/month by changing our plan. Instead the fees and surcharges increased so much that we will be charged $17 more.

I had ordered a pre-paid phone through on-line chat to replace an existing phone on my account. I dealt with 4 different people via chat or phone. The last one, name of IKO, actually told me to hang up and call in again as she couldnt or wouldnt resolve my issue. I took the phone to the Sun Prairie location and within 5 minutes Kara had resolved the issue. Shes bright, articulate and understands your issues!

Came in to upgrade my phone, the store was busy but had a good atmosphere. Karah was bubbly and seemed eager to help.

Kara was awesome! Got our bill lowered, new devices, and when we had a problem she not only fixed it but went above and beyond!!! LOVE AT&T!!!! I wouldnt have phone service with any other provider!!!

I only wanted the key to open my SIM card tray and I had to wait 30 minutes to get it.

Went in for a new phone and got some top notch service from Cara. Hands down the best experience Ive had at an AT&T store.

I added one my-fi device to my plan, which was previously $340 per month. The lady that helped me said my bill will be lower than it currently is. Great. I received my bill 2 weeks later, and it was over $2300. I called the store, she answered. She said she found the problem and will call me back. No call back. I called the next day, she didnt come in that day, I talked to another guy. He said its now up to me to call ATT and get it resolved. Almost 2 months later, and Im still getting billed over 2G for my plan. Ridiculous.

Family member had an issue with not receiving text messages and phone calls to her apple iPhone 6. Went to this location to ask for help and assistance. They were in their 2 minutes and then told that this was not their issue it was Apples issue. They did not look at the phone to inspect it at all. I suggested we should call AT&T Customer service, very helpful and fixed the problem. We went back to this location to inform them that it was fixed and it was a network issue, not an Apple issue. One gentleman was very nice and courteous and apologized for the earlier person not being able to resolve the issue. Then the person that did not resolve the issue came over and defended what they did was correct and there was nothing they could do. Obviously, they could have called and we would have been out in a few minutes. They then continued to escalate the situation, telling us we were wrong, and that she couldnt do anything because it was a waste of her time. This was the Manager in Training and they made us feel like we were just another number in their pocket book. Poor customer service from the Manager in Training, makes us want to switch carriers.

If i could give 0 stars i would. There was always 2 people at the most working at a time, meaning we had to wait super long and were usually told to “come back another day”. We Went in to switch from verizon since the plan we had with verizon was coming up cheaper with at&t. We were working with someone named Kara who is relatively new. Throughout our time together, i noticed she had a bit of an attitude issue, especially when talking to my dad. After figuring out a plan we also planned on trading our phones and purchasing 3 iphone 11 pros. When we went in to officially switch and port our numbers over, she told us they were going to charge us a lot more than what we were told(even more than verizon). When talking about the price issue and already having spent money on the new phones, we were told in a rudely way “dont switch then”. We had also told a family friend to switch with us and so we told them not to because of what had happened and they will also be getting charged more since they had a very similar plan to us. They then kicked us out. Customer service clearly is not a priority here as over the few weeks we worked with this store, i noticed employees with a very rude tone towards customers. As someone who works in customer service this sort of attitude and behaviour would get me fired. Our experience was unacceptable and I recommend not coming to this location.

Went to have my sons phone fixed. Keyonte was super knowledgeable, friendly and fast. He was busy and took care of everyone very efficiently.

Excellent service! Eliott was very knowledgeable. He was more like a consultant and asked questions to figure out what I wanted and needed for internet and TV. He set me up so all will be ready when I move into my new place. Also, love the atmosphere in that store, you can tell they all really get along.

I had made two trips to this store both during their posted open hours, and both times the doors were locked and it appeared closed. It would be good to call ahead to see if their open, or better yet go to the store on east washington 10 minutes away.

I was traveling on business and had some big troubles with my Galaxy S9 and after googling ATT this Sun Praire location was the closest.I had the privilege of working with Eliott and let me tell you, the guy knows his stuff. Ive never encountered a more knowledge, friendly, upbeat representative! If I lived closer this would be my go to store and Eliott would be my go to rep. He got my phone working and even saved me money on my bill by switching my plan!

Great service. Went from BYOD to provisioned /out the door in 15 min. Nice facility, not busy. Good parking.

Ive dealt with Eliott many times from this store. Hes always gone above and beyond in helping with my familys phone needs and purchases.

Absolutely awful awful awful... Nobody seems to know what the heck they are doing. I dont believe its AT&T but just the people who work at this location. They are rude and disrespectful and all the mistakes they made them seem like they were my fault. Charged me 3 times for a phone they ordered by mistake on my account and then gave me a run a round why they couldnt give me the refund that day. Terrible experience if it wasnt for AT&T corporate customer service I would have just canceled my service all together. If I could give it no stars I would. And I had to wait a month for my phone when they told me it would only be a week.

I do not like at&t they seem to screw customers over. My grandma who canceled their at&t still got charged afterwards and they tried making her jump through all these hoops just to get her money back. Shame on those managers. They made her go out of her way to come to a store to wait to then be told she has to go somewhere else. So she goes there and they tell her to call in to the support line. Then and only then did they say that theyd be willing to refund SOME of that money lost. Pathetic they should be compensating this poor woman for wasting her time and energy just to get her money back for a service she no longer had. I will never consider and will advise anyone with at&t to switch to anything besides them

No product in stock, was out to lunch at 3:30, and just kept saying go to another store.Probably should just go to another store and don’t waste your time.

Pathetic. I was in the store for 10 mins and no one even cared to even ask anything on why I was there. There was just one person working who was busy with a customer and talking to them forever while other customers who visited the store were just left wandering around.

I just was told at this store to call customer service to find out what international data plans are available. He refused to look up what countries were covered by which data packages. If I could give zero stars I would. He was too busy chatting on his phone in a store empty of other customers than me.
