I have been to Lasting FX Permanent Makeup for 3 separate procedures (powder brow, eyeliner and plasma fibroblast). I highly recommend Ann. She is very meticulous in getting the correct shape, color and symmetry. She really cares about her clients, as she would follow-up after each procedure to make sure I was doing well and happy with the experience/result. I love working with her and Ann’s work is fantastic! I highly recommend her services.

She did permanent liner as well as freckles for my best friend who loves them more each day. Anns space is comforting and pandemic style clean. Scheduling around a crazy work schedule was never an issue.

Ann Rudel is FANTASTIC! She is so very conscientious and careful and has a true talent when it comes to permanent makeup. I just had my upper and lower eyelids done ... youre thinking ouch? NOPE, barely felt a thing. Shes excellent, has a beautiful clean shop in Salon De Luxe and takes the time to do the job perfectly. My permanent eyeliner looks fab!! Thanks Ann!!
