I highly recommend Forever Yours. The clasp on a necklace I’ve worn for twenty years broke and not only did they fix it for a reasonable rate but cleaned it and my rings for free. The people were friendly and the customer service excellent.

We brought in 2 rings to be resized. Nathan was very helpful and told us it would take 2 weeks. I ended up buying an additional ring that also needed to be resized. All 3 rings were done sooner than we expected. I will definitely purchase again from this great local business.

I had taken my wedding set and my mothers ring in to have gold added and my setting repaired before Covid19 showed up. Forever Yours had contacted me 2 weeks ago and said they were opening and that my mothers ring was done but not my wedding set. I said isnt my wedding set done yet. I was asked why. My husband and I will be married 25 years on the 27 of May. They told me it would be ready before our Anniversary. I picked it up today. Thank you so much. The staff at Forever Yours are wonderful.

I loved the convenience of shopping local. I have a necklace that has more sentimental value than actual monetary value that needed repair. I also had a small charm I had wanted to add to it. The staff listened to my idea and were honest with the potential challenge. They were able to add the charm, fix my clasp and I couldnt be more happy. Friendly service with professional results. I had a couple of rings sized this past year and there was always good dialog between sales and myself prior to any work being done. This lead to no surprises and resulted in professional workmanship I was pleased with.

My daughter wanted a gold pendant for her necklace. Nothing too fancy because she wanted it for daily wear. We had first gone to Kay jewelers in East Towne mall. Needless to say, we ordered a pendant in and were told they would call us when it came in. After a week and a half, I called to inquire if the item had come in. I was told the company said it wasn’t available. I asked why and they didn’t know. I asked why they didn’t call me to let me know sooner and I received several different answers from Computer problems to they don’t call customers on the weekend. Needless to say, I was very upset. I decided to go to a local small business. Forever jewelers was wonderful from the moment we entered their store. They were friendly. Let us order a few different options in to see which one she liked best. They told us it might take a while to come in because they wanted to wait to order till they had a few more orders to fill. They checked with the company ahead of the order to make sure the items were available. They checked prices too since gold pricing can fluctuate. They were so professional and easy to work with. The best thing is they called two days later and said the item was in! Wonderful customer service! They are amazing to work with. My daughter loves her necklace and I’m so thankful for a jewelry store in town that does amazing work. I highly recommend them! I will never go to Kay jewelers again! I’ll buy local!!

Laurie and her team were wonderful at helping us design custom pieces and walked us through the entire process. They had wonderful service and were always quick to answer any questions.

It took them 9 days to solder my rings together. I had to call them for find out they were done and all I got was an excuse instead of an apology. A newly wed shouldnt have to worry about getting her wedding rings back. Nice people but a little unprofessional.
