First trip to Sherwin Williams in Sun Prairie was a great time. I was upset because they were out of stock for the paint I went there to buy.Instead I dealt with the great manager of the store Mikayla Williams. She gave me a better paint at the same sale price of the paint they did not have.Im done shopping at other stores. She made me a forever customer!

I consistently have a great customer service experience here regardless of which representative I work with. The best paint product I have used to date regardless of the product line. Dont go to the big box stores for paint, go where the store is dedicated to paint, it makes a HUGE difference.

Just went in the store to pick paint for our home remodel. The alarm rings in the back so they know I entered. No one came out to help as I listened to their whole conversation. I left with some color swatches. Will try another SW that wants our business.

The staff was AWESOME! They were so knowledgeable on the products, I would need and the steps I should take. They sere very fast getting my order ready. The store was clean and they had sanitizer through the store for guest to use. I felt totally at ease shopping for supplies I would need. I appreciate all the help. I will be back for another project.

Did a refresh project of our church basement (Focus Church) and exclusively used paint and supplies from this SW store. Andy (the manager) was awesome and really took care of us. They even helped match a paint color that was old and from a different brand. The match was spot on. Thanks, Andy!

Awesome Store!!!! - Used to work with guys in Green Bay felt like I was bothering them - Thats not the case here - August, Blake, Jacob, and all of their staff have been amazing to work with - they are knowledgeable and work with us as a smaller painting company and care for our needs just as much as the bigger companies they work with - This is a great store hands down my easiest part of the day picking up materials for the jobs! I will continue to give them as much of my business as I can, if your looking for a paint supplier, look no further

Two staff were clueless. Obviously they were just filler staff to keep lights on. Spoke to the guy they call a manager. Obviously he is very inexperienced, with next to no customer service skills what so ever. Its too bad because clients really go to these places looking for advise and help on ideas and how to apply paints and stains. I will not go here again or even refer this place.Goto Benjamin Moore or even Home Depot or True Value is 100% better. That shows how important it is to hire the correct people.

Good deals excellent quality paint but I miss Krystal her attention to detail really made my experience at this location, hope shes successful wherever shes at now it seems like she is a wonderful asset to the company. I look forward to working with them in the future.
