This appliance store is awesome. I went in and bought a washer and dryer that works amazing. I did have a few minor issues that they happily and gladly fixed for me. While they were fixing those, they brought me loaner appliances. Their customer service is outstanding. I recommend this place to everybody and they have great prices too.

I highly recommend this place for reasonably priced appliances. My husband and I purchased a very nice washer and dryer set from them just last week. The woman who helped us was so sweet and friendly and welcoming. As well as accommodating. She helped us to find something within our budget and delivery was fairly quick. Unfortunately, when delivery day came some snow was blocking access and they rescheduled delivery for the next day, they even arrived earlier than scheduled !😊 They set everything up for us and we were able to use our new washer/dryer set almost immediately. So far no issues! Everything is running smoothly and they offer a 90 day warranty on all purchases . Which is nice compared to buying used from strangers online. Also,when you pay for delivery you get a little bonus if any repairs are needed they will come to you instead of having to bring everything back to the shop for repairs. At least that was my understanding!🤔All in all very pleased with the service and our purchase. We will be returning to purchase a fridge in the future! As they have a very great selection of items to choose from!

I bought a fridge from them, and I love that they were helpful and kind. Genuine customer service is not easy to find nowadays, so I appreciate them! The fridge is great too! It was a brand new one with a teeny tiny dent (a fridge magnet covers it up nicely!) and I got a fabulous deal on it!!

About 2 months before the pandemic shut everybody down I had bought a washer and dryer from this company. Two months later the dryer stop working properly but we were in lock down so I called and left a message because my warranty would be expired before we got out of lock down. I waited a couple of weeks after lockdown was over and they never called me back so I called them told them what was going on and they said they would send somebody out. They sent somebody out which I paid for the service call when he got here he asked me what was wrong even though I had already told them what was wrong and he said that it was beyond his expertise somebody else would have to come out. So a couple of weeks later another person came out and they had no idea what to do and a couple of weeks later somebody else came out and said they would have to take this one in when they hadnt said that to me over the phone at all. The owner finally came out and said that the barrel was ruined and they would have to replace the machine so after about 3 months of this back-and-forth they bring me out of machine that is of lower quality then the one I had originally purchased but at least this 1 worked. So approximately a year later the washing machine is now dead, I would not recommend this company to anybody and keep in mind that there is no service after the sale, if i could give them less than 1 star i would.

Amazing always answers my questions. Love the fact that they double check if they have a piece. Example yesterday I was looking for a fuse for my dryer and I had brought a black and white fuse. They tested them both and they even explained to me that the black fuse was a sensor and its still good. The white one isnt and they told me that they have the piece but its used and since its used we sell them for 5 dollars and the brand news ones that we are currently out right now are 35. We can order the fuse for you but I just took the used one it works the same. They always have an alternative if the other isnt an option for you. Absolutely love this company, very friendly and amazing service. Even told me it this fuse wasnt the problem they will have guys come out to my house to find out the issue. They also worked on my washer cause my pump had a sock in it let me know to use a mesh bag. Once again these people are amazing came an hour early and called before they showed. My washer has new dogs which dont ask me why they are called dogs and they give you the best ones they dont just give you any. I would absolutely keep them in my phone book.

My washer broke and we all know that money can be a lil tight now in days with this Covid situation, well i looked for a washer on market place in Facebook and honestly i just had a bad vibe. I stopped by this place and BAM!!!!! Their prices were super super awesome. I bought the washer AND.... They gave me a 90 day warranty, beat that market place or Craigslist! I really recommend this place they were super cool and theyll even load it up for u. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jerry and his crew were fantastic! Had a heater problem with my mobile home, they checked it out thoroughly and were able to install a new heater the next week. These guys know what they are doing and it shows! They were fast, efficient and got my heater in before the real cold weather starts! Cant say enough good things about them.

Best place to get used refrigerators in the Reno Sparks area. Very reasonable prices lots of washers and dryers stoves, and I have used there repair services also.

The driver of this company van likes to hit and run. Hit a friend of mine at the corner of rock and mill today, instead of sticking around he broke the law and ran back to this store. I wont ever do business here and definitely dont recommend someone who cant take responsibility for their error. Hopefully the store fires this employee.
