I was looking for manual 4 door Jeep Wrangler. I contacted Quality Motors, talked to Tony and he told me they didn’t have one in stock but he could find me one in my price range. For the the next 6 days he searched and kept me updated and involved until we found the perfect one. A White 2010 With all the options I wanted, the perfect mileage and the perfect price. After I picked it up I took it on a 7 hour road trip and it had zero problems, solid the whole time and still is. I highly suggest talking to Tony at Quality Motors when you need your next vehicle.

I recently financed a used vehicle from Quality motors I was really nervous about getting an older vehicle since I’ve had trouble with other places. Tony was the guy who assisted me and Helped me find a vehicle I could afford when I explained what my previous experience was with a car I had just gotten 3 months prior and that I was really scared to get an older vehicle and have the same issue he immediately told me that I can purchase a warranty for up to 2 years and that made me feel a lot better since I was never offered that anywhere else. The car has been great so far a few electrical things were wrong like the back doors not unlocking but he let me bring it right back for repairs. If I have had any other concerns Tony is always available to get it taken care of. This experience has been so great I would recommend anyone Looking for a vehicle to go here.

Bought a car from here a year ago and drove it for one day and already started acting up had to replace all four coil packs. Also they sold it to me $13,000 over what it originally went for. Went to go take the warranty and stuff off my car ( had to surrender it) they sat there trying to make me feel bad and kept sending me notices saying I had to pay them or they were going to take me to court( by the way never did) also rude customer service. Worst car dealership ever recommend not going here. Also they take it vantage of young people buying their first car.

This was literally the worst car buying experience Ive ever had!!!! They do not keep their word on fixing the things you noticed during the test drive one employee said it would all be fixed then the owner Dave takes over tells you its not going to be fixed while your doing the last part of the paperwork...then they say it was all checked out by a mechanic which it was not..I talked to the mechanic for Quality Moters and he said that he has never checked out my car!!!! BUY THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Bought a car in late June that I looked over pretty thoroughly. The first day I had it, it went from very nice to unable to start. I tried to get it repaired there or cancel the contract so i could keep looking and I received the reach around inspection that made it work but didnt make me feel secure at all. I have had to replace the master cylinder, 2 brake pressure switches, and now the transmission. Everyone appeared friendly and ready to help with anything but when approached about the big issues the responsibility of the lemon is not on them (as is the American way). I wont buy a car here again and will pass that on.

With all used cars you have to be careful and do your due diligence inspecting ECT, my experience with this dealer has been very good Tony and Alissa have been very patient and helpful and they do their best to work with you and provide help in many different ways I bought a car and it got hit in a parking lot the damage was just enough to total it, since I couldnt recover my down payment they are working with me to get me into another car so I am very thankful for their help, patience and working with me because of what happened if it werent for the accident I know they probably would not quite do what they are, but it is so appreciated and its going to keep me from being without a car...I would also like to mention their inventory has been getting better they are working with people on prices and try to make sure the cars they sell are in decent shape and will run properly they also have an in house mechanic and actually help with quite a bit...Definitely worth checking them out they will also try to get a vehicle if your looking for something more specific they will try to find it for you...But I mean it truly they are good people again Ive said it and will say again when your buying used cars you need to do your due diligence and inspect or have the car inspected but they do their best to be good people and good to their customers ty again Quality Motors it truly means a lot !!!!Specifically ty Tony and ty Alyssia.... I will never forget what youve done for me.PS they even held the car I wanted the most, one of the nicer ones on the lot, one that probably might have even sold if they didnt hold it...

My experience was quick and easy.... they walked me thru all I nedded to get the car I wanted.

Safety hazarderd cars, take no responsibility for their mistakes, rude, puts blame on the customers, over priced, shady... the list goes on to describe Quality motors as a shady used care dealership and Tony as a shady salesman. They doctored and lied on the paperwork to make a deal go through. They sold my son a non drivable lemon. My son had the car for 2 weeks, when there was a problem with break pads and rotors Tony wanted to charge my son to fix them. News flash!!! The safety items on a vehicle should have been tested prior to putting a price tag on a car in a lot!!! Be careful when you buy from them, they will do anything to make the sale, until you drive off the lot, then they will not care if your life is at stake for the deficiencies of the vehicle.

We long paid ours off, but it had cv joint issues and they weren’t covered with the rubber casing and transmission is bad. Still runs, still has all gears. 4 wheel drive only worked a few times. Never took it off road due to issues, which really bothers us due to the fact of not being able to go camping or do most of our hobbies.Traded in my Jeep (which was dumb). Thought there was a bigger issue. The “mechanic” there said it was only a line after we had already signed off on it and got the other car, but originally said it was the engine block. The mechanic also didn’t like the fact we were looking under the vehicles.We tried bringing the vehicle for in-house repairs. We watched as the mechanic had almost no idea had to add fluid to an inclosed tranny system. I swear to you, I am not making this up.My brother and mother bought from here. Their vehicles didn’t last especially my mothers. Hers died before she could finish making payments. It was a head gasket and possibly engine block issues. My mother and brother decided to go back. They returned the second set of vehicles due to issues. They “mickey-mouse” the cars together. I promise you, you are getting a lemon.

The folks at Quality Motors will do their best for you. They have a good selection for such a small dealership and their prices are very reasonable.

I paid off a car here and they didnt give me my title to my car. Got a letter about $20 so went to reno come to find out they owed me. When asked why in 3 months I didnt get my title they had no answer. Traded that car in for station wagon and told em was same deal had to pass smog in California. Got home and check engine light was on. Spent 3 weeks calling and leaving messages with receptionist. Finally drove over about week after payment was due and told em couldnt smog car but was willing to deal on another car. The guy took keys to check the mileage and then told my not only was I not getting another vehicle unless I had 2500 in my pocket I was walking. True to his word he sent my walking in 105 degree heat with 3 boys ages 3 to 5 stranded 100 miles from home. Their main manager came over and talked to me too and basically said sorry about your luck. I would rather walk with thorns in my feet than ever deal with these lying theiving people again. Do your self a favor and go to someone that wont rip you off. Im disabled so that was a big deal.

Sold me a car they knew was defective. Went as far as to threaten the mechanics that worked on it. Dave fallowed my car to different shops and inspected it uninvited!! Toni Claims that lying and misrepresenting, and a substandard warranty(no claim accepted!) are good business. GOOD LUCK!!

They are alright they worked with us some but we are buying a car that within the first month we have had probems with and it was bought as is... I like the service but they also leave something to be desired.

We were tough to finance, they did it. Service engine soon light came on 3 days after purchase. Diagnostic test reviled that it would not pass a smog test. How did they get a pass on this car to give to us upon purchase if it cost me almost $200 to fix it? A friend of mine also bought a car the week before. She also had to put a few hundred into hers. As for the $100 promised her for sending in a friend, they did pay out but it took many phone calls and required 3 visits form us to get it. You get what you pay for.
