The employees are always so nice

Ive always liked it there the staff has always been very kind and very welcoming when Ive been there especially during the holidays good people.

The dollar tree has made many.improvements to their rotation and stocking I remember when you couldnt even go down certain isles due to stacks of un opened inventory or down the toys isle where there was a big mess of magazines and books just thrown onto the shelf. Not today Boo Boo. Not today! Great job Dollar Tree for cleaning up a store I enjoy going to. You never know what new stuff just might be waiting???

Updated their selection since last time I came in. More stocked up. It tends to be crowded from 11 to about 2pm or so. Everything is easy to find. They dont have many employees by the looks of it as I only see maybe 2 on the floor most times however they are not that busy so one cashier && one associate does it. I personally like their kitchen selection as i have found some semi name brands from the popular stores there. Also their stationary selection is decent as my kids tend to need arts && crafts like 90% of the time. Food is okk nothing too fancy && toys are alright. If you need party supplies they got you.

I just moved to Sun Valley and this is the trashiest store I’ve ever been to. 🤮The employees should NOT be in customer service. Not only are they extremely rude, they have zero social skills whatsoever and can’t seem to work a cash register. None of them look you in the eye when you’re talking to them and snap at you for asking where things are. The younger woman with long, light brown hair (wish I caught her name) should be fired for the way she speaks to people. How she was hired in the first place is beyond me. She was evil to me and my toddlers which disgusts me that anyone would put their tentacles in someone else’s family like that. 😡It’s dirty, disorganized, and under stocked EVERY single time I go. Save yourself a trip, and go to another dollar tree. My family and I will NEVER step foot in that store again 👎

Ive searched ALOT of Dollar Trees stores recently to find my favorite fluffy cleaning rags..{usually found in the Auto section}. 😞I FINALLY found them at this D.T. location..!! Yeah,,,,,,,so I bought ALL 6 OF THEM..!!!🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸

The store is clean and organized and the staff friendly. I may have gone at an odd time but my only complaint is they should have had more then one cashier with how busy it got and how long the line. However the cashier was efficient and very nice.

Always some great deals on some handy and essential products. Reading glasses are one of my favorites.

I was already running late and was both delighted and relieved when I went into the store to see minimal lines and not one but TWO register lines open! I was back in my car and on my way in less than 5minutes!!

Since there are toddlers in the house, buying seasonal decorations here is fantastic. Toddlers are very curious and hands on so some decorations dont make it through the season and thats okay since I only spent a $1 on them.

Its a mess they leave boxes theyre stocking on the floor. Its not easy to move around. That Being said The cashier Jill is fast and friendly shes doing a great job.

Love their frozen stuff and see all the new purists that you will find later in a regular store

Good store. I come here all the time. I pulled in there last night (Sunday) at 7:55. I walked into store and was informed they were closing in 5 minutes. There were others wanting to come in and shop. At 8:05 more people were showing up to shop. So if this was my store it wouldnt close at 8:00. The owner of this store isnt much of a business man.

Still finding Christmas stuff in boxes not on the shelf. Looking for valentine decorations. Lots of people already got their valentine stuff and i cant find what I need. Ugh.

Great staff but the closing times need to be updated on google. It says 10 pm but they are closed earlier than that.

The dollar tree in sun valley is quite nice in my opinion. It is clean, well stocked, organized, and the people who work there are friendly. All pluses in my book.

Cleaner then oddie. But had run in with crackhead of an employee. Literally. The aisle was full of clutter and he was rushing around in circles after trying to pass all the clutter he runs in to me and puffs. Then he rang us up then proceeded to insult me for getting in his way it ended up with him threatening to look up my license plate number and insulting me as I walk out the door. I simply told him slow down.

Its fast and convenient has pretty much whatever you want except furniture at reasonable prices.

Had always gone to this location when it was a diferent store, and had always had a good experience, unlike this store so unfriendly. Today the manager had to be called just because I asked for 5 ones instead of the $5. dollar bill, but the register had already been closed. He was already upset because he had been called, then when he was told I needed change it seemed to be an inconvenience for him, and said the cashier had to be opened, but he seemed upset to have to open it. I said it was fine, and walked out. The cashier was very nice and even apologized, but the manager didnt care he just went back to his office. It was a very unpleasant experience just his attitude, not so much that I needed the change.

Went in today to get a few things. Checker who was only on her second day working check stand alone. She was elderly and on oxygen. Her co-worker in the store made it very obvious by her comments to her she thought she was basically worthless and screwing up her inventory. She told everyone in line that her other cashier was at lunch and her register was locked. Made no sense to me her reason for making this new cashier try to check out so many customers while she did nothing except to humiliate her. I was proved right as couple minutes later she did start checking out people. No one should be treated like this by anyone especially in front of others. Disgusting woman who should be fired.

So very friendly, willing and capable staff. To bad this store is the exception and not the rule!

It has alot of cool intresting stuff. And it isnt walmart like cool stuff for alot of money as the dollor store is cool things for less money.

This is one of the newest Dollar Trees in our area, and it shows. Not only do they have a large building with a wide assortment of goods, there usually isnt a very long wait to check out.
