When in for parts and was very pleased with the service. Service technicians even added.. if after your repair is finished. If needed, return to the store and we can check to make sure theres no other troubles awaiting. I think thats a great attitude in making sure satisfaction is met by the customer.

Not 100% sure why I even went back after my last experience there. Just left the store management and employees just looked at me while I’m standing at the counter for five minutes did not bother to help me when the young man behind the counter was busy with a customer. Save yourself 20 minutes of your day and go to Napa on 2nd St. Do not recommend the store at all

My husband was patron here on 10/25 and was treated as a second class citizen because of the color of his skin. He had one sales woman rush him through the questions he was trying to ask and then quickly run away and get “busy” after she told him what was wrong with the vehicle and rudely dismissed him. The man at the register acted as if he wasn’t in the store in the first place and then acted like he didn’t have the money to purchase the part he needed . Unprofessional.

These are great people, one of my customers deals with this particular Advance Auto frequently. They usually have the parts in stock that we need and he does his ordering online and gets a ton of money off using speed perks and other discounts that he earns by purchasing online. So he purchases the parts online all I need to do is go and pick them up and of course install them on the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this particular Advance Auto.

Well every time Ive ever gone into place the customer service has been very good friendly people to talk to and if youre looking for something and dont know where it is. Ill help you find it and get it I think that its one of those businesses that should be more appreciated than it is
