To sum up my experience in one word fantastic. Stopped at Zimmerman to look at getting a vehicle for my son and ended up with a new ram. My salesman Steve was extremely helpful with any questions and did not pressure us into buying anything. It was a relaxed and enjoyable experience throughout the purchase. While driving by Zimmerman Motors one morning I saw a car out front that caught my eye. I pulled in and was greeted by Mike Court. He showed me the car I was interested in and in little time I had a new car. Mike was curtious, friendly and professional, as was the finance department. I would give Zimmermans 4.5, but the Google review wont allow it. At the time I was searching on Car Gurus for a vehicle for my aging parents, Zimmermans was the ONLY dealership in the Selinsgrove area that had a reliable car of the makes and models I was considering within their price range. When we visited the lot, Steve promptly gave us the CarFax, permitted a test drive and did not pressure us for a sale. Due to the age of the car, it was sold as-is. Within about three days, there was a problem. My father took his repair bill to the dealership, and they promptly reimbursed him. I am grateful that this dealership stepped up when my parents needed them to do so. At the same time, I am surprised they missed the issue when they prepped the car for sale. However, I hear that other family members in the area are very happy with Zimmermans service department, so I would definitely recommend them.

Took my ram in for oil change and tire rotation. Charged me for both. Drove away and stopped at a store. Noticed that I still had my new tire in the same spot that it was when I had zimmerman put it on in April. Called and they credited my account. Hope they changed the oil..lol. great people to deal with. Just hope the mechanics pay attention to the work order little more closely..

I had purchased a jeep good exp. Took my jeep to b worked on caliper. When i went to pic it up i saw damage to it. Told manager. Nothin was ever done to fix it. Went bac to look at a car ect. And talk to person who sold me jeep and manager. The guy wouldnt even come out to speak to me. Completely rude!! They lost my business.

By far the best experience we ever had with a purchase of a car. We were looking for a rare 1/2 door package that is offered on only certain Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited models. We started a 6 month nationwide search only to find the exact model with low miles at Zimmermans. We made a phone call to explain our situation to our salesman Steve. We purchased (2) one-way airline tickets from Florida to Harrisburg Pa. Steve made arrangements to pick us up at the airport and drive us to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership, the Jeep was located on the showroom floor in pristine condition as promised by Steve. After a test drive and inspection we purchased the jeep. Before our long drive home back to Florida, Steve bought us lunch at a great little restaurant in Downtown Sunbury. I bought my vehicle at Zimmermans Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram yesterday and the whole experience was, in a word, wonderful. I had been looking for a vehicle for several months and every dealership I walked into felt over-the-top pushy and I was instantly on guard. When I walked into this dealership, I was welcomed by Mike with a huge smile and a laugh that filled up the showroom. I explained to him what I was looking for and, within minutes, he found me the car that I fell in love with and eventually bought. When I asked for a comparison, he chose something else that I also loved. When I told him I needed to think about it, he didnt try to convince me to purchase that night, he said, Ok. Go home and think about it. Call me if you have any questions. That was it. No slimy sales tactics. Just up-front honesty about everything and understanding that I wasnt going to buy a car right then. I went home, everything they told me was accurate, the vehicle was a great price, and I felt at ease moving forward with this huge purchase. Thats why I decided to purchase my car there. Troy helped us thru the buying of a 2015 Jeep Patriot process, everyone was very helpful and provided all the information needed to complete the purchase.

Took one of my company vans for service in July. They diagnosed the problem and had to order the part that was bad. I had to call multiple times checking on the status of the part and was promised multiple times they would call me back and never followed up. After 4 calls and 3 months finally got my van back in for service to find out they had the appointment scheduled incorrectly and couldnt give me a loaner vehicle for the day.The same day I took my vehicle to another dealership who called them to get the part for my van and they stated they didnt have the part....

Had a recall issue with our 2006 Town and Country a few years back- This year the sensor went off and has stayed on- they found a broken wire and fixed it right up without charging an arm and a leg. They also were able to program 2 smart keys that I had bought online for a VERY reasonable cost. Much less than the quote from the locksmith! Very happy with their service- fast and reasonable.

My husband and I have less than perfect credit so we didn’t start our search at Zimmerman’s. We were turned down at a couple of places before trying our luck at Zimmerman’s. I called ahead and explained our situation and they were fairly certain they could help and told me to come in. When I got there Mark and Mike were both waiting for me and the rest is history! Our first Ram from Zimmerman’s was in 2007 and we just had to say goodbye; what a great truck! Now we have welcomed a certified pre-owned 2016 and she is a beauty! Thank you so much Mark and Mike!

We were met by Greg and test drove a Sahara with manual transmission. Greg was very personable and kind. He was lais back, allowed us to talk and didnt badger with questions. He remained interested in us even after we told him we werent looking to buy for several months. We will be back when we are ready, thats for sure.

I recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Zimmerman Motors and my auto salesman Greg was amazing. However, a week after purchasing the vehicle the engine turned off on me. I drove 4 hrs round trip to have them service it. After having the vehicle for a few days, they ended up only test drivingnit and stated that they couldnt find the engine problem. Since receiving the vehicle back the engine has turned off again. Now, I unfortunately have to return and have the vehicle tested once again this time mechanically (which I would have expected them to do originally). Its a huge inconvenience to continue driving back and forth and Im extremely disappointed, especially since Ive only had the vehicle for about 2.5 weeks. I have truly lost trust in the dealership and service department because it doesnt seem as if theyre really trying to do all that they can to resolve the issue.

I stopped to look around, actually on my way to another dealer to look around. Drive by almost every day and never thought of stopping by. Of course it was 100 degrees and super humid, but Greg never made me feel like I was bothering him or had to hurry up. He stayed with me in that heat for the whole time . He brought me keys to a few trucks and left me park them side by side so I could compare options and colors. Gave me some bottled water since it was crazy hot. Put up with me not being able to decide. Treated me more like a friend than a customer, the whole staff was like that. In short, Im glad I stopped in there. Got the new 2019 Ram Laramie, and love it.

Salesman was nice but never asked if I wanted to test drive the jeep plus not going to pay 23,000 for a car with just a am fm radio wow maybe thats why imports are better you get more bang for your buck and they last longer.

My mother took her Dodge Ram there to have a rattling sound inspected. After diagnosis, they proclaimed the the manifold bolts were loose and that it would be worth fixing to keep the truck. They charged her $700 to fix the problem. Really?? $700?? After receiving the vehicle back, she continued to hear the same noise. She calls the service department and makes another appointment to have the same issue looked it. This time they state that the noise is coming from the lower end of the motor, most likely the pistons are bad and shell need a new motor. So please tell me how didnt they realize this issue the few days prior? Its a shame that the minute you decide to support local business is when you get screwed over.

These people are the biggest bunch of nitwits in the area. We have a few Dodge vehicles that need serviced and every time we walk in there they act like were a brand-new customer whos never seen us before. The autobody you guys are sloppy. Autobody manager doesnt even know where he works let alone the instructions you give him about your vehicle. Its almost like you have to hold these peoples and through your service event. We now take our vehicles to a different dodge dealer and have better success. And when we cant get an appointment at these said Dodge dealers we go to the Pontiac dealer in Sunbury. Its a shame thats how it goes but, it is what it is. Bumpkin service in bumpkinsville.
