It is a small, locally owned hometown store. Although they dont have everything in stock and usually have to order online (if you have a specific model in mind), they usually have free ship to store for pickup as an option. Today I noticed they are finally getting much more inventory. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because of the fact that they dont have the space to keep all models of everything in store. But they get 5 stars in my heart because they are so very helpful and friendly; always looking to save me money and help with discounts; and I love brick and mortar stores! We have purchased many big ticket items there throughout the years; although it is under new management we are still quite pleased! Again, very helpful and patient and treat customers with respect and with a greeting as soon as you walk in the door!

The worst service i have ever received. Dont waste your time ordering or expecting timely delivery. They just dont care about good service. The owner also owns the Ellensburg store. Apparently quality customer service is non existant there as well. I will be requesting a full refund after waiting 3 weeks to have the order shipped and nearly 2 weeks for home delivery. This is not the fault of theEmployees. The owner is directly at fault for the lack of customer service and effective communication. Please dont respond with your canned commuication from your District Manager. My family has purchased appliances from Sunnyside Sears for decades. I predict the new owner will lose a lot of customers with this business model. I will be purchasing appliances in Yakima or Tri Cities in the future.

They have the worst customer service ever, they used to be my go to place for appliances but with the new management or owners this place has really went down. Even when I call the guys who answer are so rude and make you feel like your dumb. Dont go here people save yourselves.

Horrible. Ordered dishwasher. Wait for delivery. Never came. Called. They couldnt find my order. Called manager. Order found in manager computer not main computer. Set new delivery date. Still no dishwasher. Went back. Set new delivery date. And third no show. Requested money back. Had no issue there. Was told sorry that all employees just walked out on the store. I will never go there again

Does anyone know who owns the Sears in Sunnyside. I took my lawnmower in to get serviced in August and I still havent gotten it back, they keep giving me numbers to call I call and nobody knows what is going on all they can see is that Im autorized to get $289.99 way less than what I paid for the lawnmower. I also purchased the insurance for it and I should be getting a new lawnmower becsuse they couldnt fix mine still havent seen it.

Special ordered my oven through this store, the staff was very helpful and knowledgable. When my oven came in they delivered it to my front door and took my old one away! Major bonus, didnt know what i was going to do with it otherwise!

I used to like this place. Now I wont be back. There is a new older gentleman that seems to be the manger. Some people should not be working with people. He is one of them. His In attention to detail and extremely rude attitude sealed it for me . Will not return, no wonder sears is going out everywhere.

This store has always been helpful for all of my home appliances needs, theyre located locally so I dont have to go to Yakima or Tri Cities for whatever I need. The employees are always friendly and have great customer service. The buying process was fine. But I did not get a owners manual for my mower. They gave me the same papers that I got when I bought it. But these were not the owners manual. I finally had to print off from the internet. It must have been to much work for them.
