My family used to be loyal to this company. Nobody in my family has been mechanically inclined until after I earned an engineering degree. I used to recommend this place to friends until they started to express concerns of being overcharged. I originally dismissed these comments but they remained pretty consistent so I did my own research and quotes. They properly quote you for the materials (which is expected) but whatever time it should take to get the job done, theyll double it. Any 3 hour job will be charged for 6 hours. Dont believe me? Get 5 other quotes from other local mechanic shops in town and you will see what I mean. Theyre honest about parts, but dishonest with hourly rates and they uptalk the jobs they do and its distasteful. I will never take any of my cars to this place again and I have blacklisted this place to all friends and family. Original owner is an honest and humble person. The crew, not so much.

Had my truck painted their they did poor job painting can see scratches under the paint where sanded bunch of defects in the paint do not recommend

Showed up ready to pay $1,200+ out of pocket since my insurance only gave me $300 for repairs. Spoke to them about my situation and they talked directly to my insurance again which approved 95% of the repairs. They do a great job! Can’t even tell where the repair was done, they made my car look brand new! 5/5

R&R gave the best customer service I have ever received from a maintenance shop. They repaired everything quickly and called multiple times with updates on the repairs and estimated costs. I never felt in the dark about what was going wrong. I highly recommend this place for repairs!
