As a barber in training, I was excited to become a part of Sallys Beauty Rewards because I knew Id be spending a lot of money there as I progress through my training and into my new career.I was very disappointed that after recently spending $200, my purchase was never recorded and I will be missing out on my rewards.Although I have a credit card statement showing I made the purchase, my receipt was misplaced between work and school.Calling the 800-number didnt help, because they said they couldnt help without my receipt.While I admit that I misplaced the receipt - easy to do when working, going to school, and taking care of an ailing friend - I made the purchase and provided the necessary information for my rewards at the time of purchase.Im really disappointed that I have to pay the price for an employee error - and we all make errors, so I dont blame them. But I was hoping for more from you Sally - something like the customer service I intend to give when I finally have my own shop.I like to buy from local, stone and motor stores that employee people in my community - but if this is example of how our relationship will go, Im going to have to look on line and at local competitors.
