Today afternoon, the entire team helped me and fixed a serious issue. The front lobby and the technicians that have worked on my car, were so quick, professional and understanding. I had a serious repair that was a sticky one and no other repair center could do before coming to them. They answered all of my pertaining to my issue complex questions. I am just so glad for this Les Schwab here on Sunnyside road. Most definitely will be shopping here for my tires next. Will be getting my breaks done here too. Thanks guys!!! Amazingly fast service and superb customer support. Showed up 30 min. before closing time and was able to choose four tires, apply for credit, get approved, have tires installed, all by 6 pm!

We had excellent service. Ordered our tires ahead of time. And they were ready to put on we got there.

I was helped and educated about my flat tire and the dashboard flashing warnings.Great service!I was on my way to hospital when I got the flat. My husband was having surgery, my nerves were already working on overtime.Les Schwab was professional and fast. I got back to hospital in time to see the dr after my husbands surgery.

This place is slow. They will have conversations, have plenty of soda breaks, and just casually talk between work. They’ll have conversations and make a list when they send someone to the store to buy them food. Took over an hour just to replace one tire. This place is a joke. And as my car is finished the front desk lady is on her personal phone talking about vacation I believe here name is Anna. Making me late to work. Never coming here again.

Service was quick and friendly and I did not have to schedule an appointment. The gentleman who worked on my tire explained everything he did and asked further questions of me to ensure my needs were taken care of. He also checked my brakes and provided an estimate to fix them.

I like. My favorite for refilling air tires.

I wish I could give this business A HUNDRED+++++ stars. All of the employees had above and beyond customer service. We stopped in on our travels to Idaho from Western Washington, our brand new tire was losing pressure, at first we were told the wait was around 2 hours but after finding out we were traveling such a long distance with two small children.. they fit us in right away. Thank you all so much for being so kind to our little family, and getting us back on the road so quickly!

Horrible customer service and finally just went to commercial tire down the street who was awesome to work with.

You can find better prices elsewhere, but I dont think you can find better service. Experience makes me think the extra price is worth it.

I love this place. Because I have been a loyal customer so they just rotated my tires for free on my new car...even though they did not sell me the tires. They know I will be back when I need new tires. Friendly people

Ill update this later with the name, but several months ago, some POS there tried using scare-tactics to sell me their brake/rotor service when my vehicle didnt need it. Part of what I remember him saying was to the tune of we can probably save the rotors which leads one to believe that theres currently damage actively being done to them. LIES!!! Yesterday, I bought(elsewhere) some pads to replace em, took off the wheels, & found the rears have ~3mm+ of material left, & the fronts arent even contacting the warning metal(that causes them to squeal) yet! BEWARE ANYONE THAT EARNS SALES COMMISSIONS! SLEAZE!!!

Chipped my rim to my Acura and stripped the nuts on my rims smfh worst place ever Sunnyside wa recommend to not go.

Everyone as this location has always been very helpful and friendly. They go out of there way to help in any issues that arise from battery problems Alignment problems and of course tire issues. I highly recommend this location.

Nice people but damn they tell you 30 minutes and you’re there for 2 hours.

They wouldnt put on my snow tires that didnt have nails on them so went to the shop down the road cheap and better lol

Great staff, very helpful. Their road side assistance was a life saver, but it is spendy. Needed an appointment for an oil change.

I asked if someone could come to my house to jump my les Schwab battery. 50 dollars... The receptionist told me free if I lived in Sunnyside. I said I lived close, he didnt know my road and I said is someone there that knows? He said they are busy on calls.. He said I can send someone out later today.. Bad customer service and Brent must be having a bad morning.

Came in to put four tires on four loose wheels and didn’t get job done fast or efficiently waited over 2 hours not what I expected from a top company. No world class customer service in this store!

Great selection on tires and rims and good customer service. But not the best prices, but theyre good at giving you credit.

Would give zero stars if possible. Tried to have 3 valve stems replaced, $55.00. No thanks. Les Schwab is NOT Doing things right as their ad claims. What a shame, they used to care for the customer, now its all about them. See ya.

Friendly staff, got two new tires put on in half hour and the place was packed.

Took 1.5 hrs waiting on a tire (rotation) but they will sell them and install in less time they have installed my last tire for that reason im speaking for North 1st Yakima store only
