We came to buy girls swimming suit. The store decided to close all fitting rooms. Other nearby clothing stores have fitting rooms open. I asked them how do they expect us to buy a girl swimming suit without trying it out, let alone that theres no health guidelines to close fitting rooms. The store manager started to argue with me. She told me its their policy and its for my health. I told them that its not required by health authorities, its an arbitrary decision that they made which makes the buying experience very uncomfortable. I had to buy 5 swimming suits for $250, go home, try them all on, and then go back to the store to return those we didnt want.

Young pretty lady was very helpful did not find what I was looking for so she wrote my information down, thinking they would not call to let me know when they would get more of what I was looking for.. she call 20 min later to let me know they had found 3 of what I was looking for in the store. That is above and beyond service, they are also well stock in items.

It is very convenient for me to have this place in Sunnyside. Before going fishing, tubing, or hiking this place is my stopping center. This place is usually well stocked, and items I need. The reason for the 4 is that customer service varies. Sometimes I get great customer service; other times the workers are talking among each other and seem to be bothered to be asked questions.

I did not find what I wanted but the employees that were very cordial, very friendly, and knowledgeable of their merchandise. Recommend people to go there and find their sporting needs.

Great prices but unfortunately they didnt have what i wanted.The Costumer service was good they offered to place the item on hold and they did but it was the wrong pair of shoes. Good effort maybe next time.

They sold me something that was broken or missing twice in one day. Was told customers cannot get a refund no matter what by the manager himself. He said thats how they receive things apparently. Stay as far away from this place as you can.

Always find exactly what i need.

Not well stock in local sports items for example soccer, or seasonal wrestling.

The products were fine but the employees were a bit overbearing with following us around and asking if we need anything. I understand its purpose but it really put a damper on my shopping experience.

They put the wrong price on a item and absolutely refused to honor their price or admit to their mistake. (Rude service)

Looking for sunscreen shirts...no luck. Theyre out of season, so I wasnt surprised. Also looking for water shoes. Had some but wrong size. They DID have a huge sale going on, but I wasnt interested in what they had on sale.

Good selection of a variety of different things bought some shoes there quite a while back theyre still comfortable with no rips or damage and Im pretty rough with shoes
