Waited behind a car for 20 minutes to get to the window and wait for another 25 minutes. CRAZY all I asked for was 2 apples not cut or anything and then a chamoy delux. Not only that no one was wearing a mask inside and I had to pull up front for another 10 minutes because a car had came. Also lady asked what I wanted like 3 times and then said she should probably write it down and you can’t go in because the door is locked!

I use to really love this place. Until Yesterday! I went in at 6pm and the little girls in there had the door locked. They opened it and I asked oh you guys still open right? One girl (owners daughter i believe) said, KINDA. I replied with, kinda huh? Pretty Unprofessional and Bad for Business to talk to a paying customer like that but thats just my Opinion. When I got my apple it wasnt as Amazing as every other time. I wont be returning.

Great tasting apples and price wasn’t bad either. Drove from Yakima to try them, well worth the drive. Friendly service and got them done pretty quick

My sister took my little grandson to Moms Candy Apples to pick out an apple for me for Halloween. She purchased several apples for other family members as well. My grandson picked out a Heath Bar Apple for me. I opened it and was going to take just a small bite to tell him how good it was,..... but I couldnt put the apple down and ended up eating the entire thing! LOL. It was delicious! My sister didnt mention anything about the service that she received, so it must have been fine. I cant speak for the customer service, but I can definitely say the apple was delicious!! Yum!

I searched for the closest Chocolatier shop to me and this shop came up.It is not a Chocolatatier shop. So first of all it is miss leading. I Bought a raspberry lemonade and they gave me a blue raspberry lemonade that is so heavy in syrup you cant even taste the lemonade

I went in for 1 apple yesterday around 2...it literally took 20 min for me to get my apple and when i finally did the box was messy with caramel and i got no napkins or even a fork. Work on the customer service but the apple was delish. I also saw a man at the drive threw window he waited for about 3 min...no one came to the window so he left. Again the service needs major improvement but the apple was delish

Very disappointed.. i placed an order thru a catalog shared by one of my coworkers daughter for fundraising for her school. We were told we would have the apples delivered by a certain date, a week later and still no apples. When we finally received our order, guess what? Huge disappointment.. it seemed that these apples were made by children and not by business people who take pride in their work. I had ordered 2 chamoy apples which were not entirely covered with the candy. My other coworker had ordered 2 chocolate covered peanut apples, all the chocolate on the apple had melted and had hardened at the bottom of the apple. Her husband threw them away. Very unprofessional! How can you call yourselves business people and turn in pathetic work like that to your clients? Id rather pay a little more and continue buying my apples at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory... Thumbs down tp Moms Candy Apples! 👎

Love these Apples, first tried them in Tri-Cities, and fell in love. Unfortunately theyre not in Tri-Cities anymore, but I will will stop by from time to time.
