The service department at this dealership is truly delightful but that doesn’t mean much when the work their technicians do isn’t up to par.Took my 2021 Gladiator in to have a faulty axle assembly replaced under warranty. After many weeks of waiting, they get the part and replace it. I drove it home and looked it over to find that they had not cleaned any of the leaked oil off of the dust shield, even though they claim to have done so on the final invoice. Also, they broke the wheel speed sensor while installing the replacement part but were adamant that they didn’t. After 3 days of driving, the leak reappeared so I took it back in to have it looked over again. They insisted it wasn’t still leaking but wanted to clean it and have me return in a week to have it looked over. I return, with differential fluid residue coating the dust shield and they tell me it’s not leaking and good to go. Here I am, over a month since the original diagnosis, 2 weeks after the “repair”, axle on my brand new truck still leaking.I will be going to a different dealership from now on. If you want your warranty to be worth more than the paper it’s printed on, I suggest you stay far, far away from this dealership.
They always do such a fabulous job. I really appreciate their customer service and always making me feel so welcomed like I’m family
5 stars, Hands down best experience ive had purchasing a vehicle. Eddie and Lial made my wife and I very comfortable in our purchase! We had spent the last 9 months searching for a specific vehicle and they helped us find it! I would always push people to go here first as you will not be disappointed.
5/5 for exceptional and prompt service. We have a dodge promaster 2500 that had a coolant pump failure and had to be towed into this shop. Matthew Steelman was able to quickly find the culprit of our issue and make this major repair at an incredible speed so we could get back on the road.He also fixed an airbag light issue that stumped the technicians before him. Saved me ~$2500 in repair costs that two other dodge dealerships said I would have to incur (to replace the entire electrical harness). Matt was able to replace a couple of sensors and get the light off. Also, beautiful facility, and we felt very well taken care of. Were in Seattle and will make that 3 hr drive just to get work done here in the future. Thanks again to the whole team!!!!!
Specks did a great job! My experience was the best, Gibby did a wonderful job of taking care of me!
Very poor customer service. They have switched to a model of customer service that does not work. It is now necessary to communicate through a person who lacks knowledge about cars. I have been a long time customer who was always treated in a timely and honest fashion with prompt communication. Now there is no connection to a person with mechanical knowledge who is able to answer basic questions. I was quoted a price and okayed the work to be done. I was told the bring in the car at 8:30 on Thursday and that it would be done by 14:00. After rearranging my day to accommodate this, I received no call. Finally after 16:00 I called to find out the status of my car. Fortunately for me customer communicator had gone home and I was able to speak to someone who knew answers. They had not ordered the bolts to attach the part. They would let me know the next day how long I would be without my vehicle - this came at a very inconvenient time for me. No one bothered to call me all day. Monday morning I called and was told that the bolts had come in but in addition after installation it would require an alignment. All this was missed in the original quote because it was priced by an unknowledgeable person. Their customer service has seriously deteriorated to the extent that others I have spoken to no longer service their car there.
I’ve been searching for a car for a while now, and I had my eye on a specific car but it was sadly sold. Went in the Mazda dealership and was helped by Cas, he was a great help and showed me my options. Cas has been by far the best salesperson I’ve dealt with and I’ve had my fair share if encounters. If you are looking for a car and want someone who you can trust and who can help you get great deals, he’s your guy. Thank you so much Cas I love my car.
I had packed so much to do on the day of the oil change. But Mary on the Dodge side was great she took my Jeep ( which she noticed that I take great care of my Jeep)And Mary assured us that everything would be ok. We got there early and Mary let us know that she get our Jeep in as soon as possible. We had great service as we always do.We followed Isaac from MidValley and we bought all of our cars from him. Isaac promised us great service and thats all we ever had. Thanks Speck Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamTomasa and Abel Lara
The people there were super nice. They got me into the car I wanted. Got the payment pretty close to what I wanted. I still havent received anything on my Uconnect so I think I will contact them on that. But really this place is great. I love my jeep. It is amazing.
Good customer service and friendly service department.
I have purchased many vehicles over the years from many different dealers. I have never had an experience equal to what I get from the Sunnyside crew. Not just once, but every time I buy from these guys. This is how customer service should be ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE. Not just in the auto industry! They build relationships, not just sales sheets, because they really do want you to be a repeat customer. Thank you VERY MUCH Carlos, Isaac, Jovani, Cesar and the rest of the crew. You are all setting the example for how the car buying experience should be!
Go see David Robb- he can set you up! We got everything we wanted and it was super chill the entire time. No high pressure sales- went in with the idea of what we wanted and walked out with it ♥️ Great job! Isaac & Fry got it all to work out flawlessly-
Scratched my heads up display on a 2021 RAM 1500. Covered it up with the service tag. THEN LIED ABOUT IT! Not a single person in the dealership even knows what a heads up display is. Horrible service
Went in for my routine oil change. Rick helped me at the front desk. Super friendly and professional. My car was in and out in a timely manner. Im very pleased with the service I received.Thank you,Evonne
Sorry we stopped in there too just look got a new 2021 alrdy defective after 2 days now I have wait 2 weeks or up too 2 wks n I have medical stuff deal with far away I might have to cancel...I prob got the lemon of the lot ...not happy I shuda went in yakima not sunnyside
This dealership is great to work with. They will do their best to get you the money for your trade plus work great deals. You should definitely give these guys a chance. I will come back to Speck Chrysler Dodge
With all the incentives and programs available I was kinda lost to which one would be best for me, during this event. Issac long time family friend was able to get me the deal I needed for my growing family. Not only that but also get us the accommodations added to the vehicle we needed. This was the first time I felt able to relax during the process in my entire car purchasing career. A special thank you to Issac and the Speck family for getting us into a brand new 2020 RAM Rebel!
We have never experienced a more professional caring team. Speck Sunnyside will have our business for whatever vehicle we will need in the future. Just a great bunch of people>
I bought a 2020 dodge 5500 commercial vehicle from this clowns for my business, when I purchased the vehicle they said 3 year or 36k miles drivetrain, electrical bumper to bumper warranty no problem, for whatever reason one of the batteries went bad, and trying to get them to warranty it.. they found every excuse in the book to not cover it, perfect timing I was getting ready to expand my business and purchase another 2 trucks from them, but with this kind of service I will rather pass and take my business else where..
The guys at Speck were great. They took me in even though I was an hour late, and finished the service quickly. Love the Ram, and the small town service.
The place is welcoming and I was able to orient myself to the correct department.
I had a great experience with them! They got me what I wanted with very little hassle. I will recommend them to other people!
Best iv ever been treated at a dealership these guys know there stuff
Isaac and his team are great! Best experience Ive ever had buying a new car!!
Purchased a new to me 2017 Ram 2500 CTD Big Horn. Dave was very friendly, low pressure salesman, who was also very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and got me a fair deal with my purchase and trade. Speck and the staff there also followed through with everything after the sale treating me like a friend rather than a sale. I would most certainly go back to Speck for my future needs. Thank you again Dave! I will be referring all of my friends and family to you.
Our salesman Dave was a very professional person. He helped us understand what was available and more importantly he showed us what would work in our situation. Couldn’t have been happier with our experience and I love our new Jeep.
Speck Dodge service department was great. Luis really was professional and easy to work with. Because they did such a great job installing a new transmission in my 09 Challenger. Iv decided to take all my vehicles to get oil changes and service to Luis. Great job
Now, I know one star reviews are pretty harsh, but please read ahead to see where I’m at and why I rated them so poorly.10/2/2020I’ve been seeing Facebook sponsored ads from Speck saying that they would offer “Up to 4 thousand dollars above KBB.” This obviously piqued my interest since I’d love to get more for my car.So I inquired. I told them which vehicle I had and we set up the sales appointment. I received a few reminder texts and this morning I received a call from Yesenia to confirm my appointment at noon. I live in the Tri Cities so I told her something along the lines of “Hey, it’s about a 45 minute drive for me to get there. Would you mind to give me a ballpark estimate of what the trade in offer would be from all my info and pictures of the vehicle.” Also with the vin number since that should better tell them what options the car has. She agreed, and that was cool. Yesenia was fine to deal with. No complaints about her.She asked me what I owed on the car and I told her that my amount owed is irrelevant. Which it is. Or, it should be. They want to know how much you owe so they can base their offer to that. If you owe less, they’ll offer less. So I chose not to disclose that info. I want the best deal for me. Sounds reasonable, right? Any halfway savvy buyer would do the same.I received a text from Yesenia saying it would be 6-7 thousand dollars based on the condition and drivability of the vehicle. I know the value of my vehicle to be around 9 thousand dollars. So of course I’m a little offended by the low ball offer. I let her know. I sent her a screenshot of what I got on my KBB search for me car and told her the dealership had a higher mileage and similarly equipped car to mine for $15k. They are the same trim, only difference being that the one they have is AWD and mine is fwd. At this point, Isaac gave me a call and that’s why I’m writing this review.Isaac is the sales manager. He starts off the conversation saying who he is and where he’s calling from. Mentioned the car and the stuff I had been talking to Yesenia about and says “So what are you trying to do?” His tone is where I had a problem. He seemed a little annoyed. He seemed like he was upset at me for not being too happy about their offer. I told him that they offered me 2-3k less than blue book and told him that their ad is specifying that they would pay up to 4k more. I know what “up to” means. I understand that it’s not gonna be 4k. So that’s not the problem here. He told me that he was offering me the 6-7 sight unseen, and while I understand that, Kelley Blue Book also told me the value of my vehicle sight unseen. I know my options and I know how cars are tiered on their condition. I know where my car’s at. He again asked me “What are you trying to do?” At this point I said nothing. I obviously don’t want anything to do with Isaac and his team. His demeanor was negative from the jump. He asked me if I wanted to bring it down there or not because I’m just wasting time. I said I wouldn’t bring it down because I know I’m gonna be disappointed if their initial offer before the “On top of KBB” offer was already well below KBB. And he said “I’m sorry you owe too much.” And hung up on me.I’m not upside down on my car. That was a poor assumption by him. When dealing with this dealer, or any dealer really, please arm yourself with the knowledge of what your item is worth, what their item is worth, and please know how numbers work. This was a crummy experience. Hope you learn from it, Isaac.
I brought my 2008 Dodge Dakota in to the shop because the key fob would not lock or unlock the doors. Also, the control panel on the driver’s door would not lock or unlock the doors. It also would not control the mirror adjustment. The shop techs checked fuses and determined that he fuses were not the issue. They then did extensive diagnostics and finally determined that the problem was in the control circuit in the dash. I was told that parts are no longer available nor could they get the existing control panel repaired. I was charged $264 and got nothing for it.At the same time I was told I had a transmission cooler leak. The tech replaced the cooler lines and radiator. I was charged $1,117.50.The truck is only twelve years old. I would think there would be repair parts available, especially to a Dodge dealer.I was told I might be able to get an instrument cluster from Amazon and have Speck install it.I brought my Dakota in to the shop on December 18 and got it back on December 31. Service advisor was Eric Schell
Angel and his crew always strive to give the best service around, I highly recommend them
If possible, I wouldnt even give them 1 star. This company is completely unprofessional, at least the Sunnyside location. They had us scheduled to see a rep there and even gave us an appointment slot. We get there, hes not there and the salesman, by the name Lalo, greets us as we go inside since no one comes out to help us. He lets us know Mike the rep we requested is not there thats hes in the Tri-Cities location. We drove about 80 miles to see them due to an offer they were running, and come to find out, its false advertising. They try to upsell you, the salesman was very pushy and had no common courtesy. We decided not to pursue anything there due to such a low level of customer service and an all around horrible experience.
Service Manager. John was very nice and helpful. Didn’t take long to get the oil changed. I will definitely come back. John was great.
I would not come back to this place. They kept wanting me to finance with them even after I told them several times I did not want to finance through their dealership. I had my own financing and was putting 60% down. They were very pushy regarding the financing. Please teach your finance people to listen to the customer. I ended up paying for the whole car without using my own financing so I could leave. The salesman Gibby was great and easy to work with!
Our 2017 Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins had a Low DEF light come on. I verified this code prior to taking it to Speck at a local Autozone. To be specific, the code in question was P203F (Low DEF). Having confirmed this, we took our Ram into Speck for diagnosis into why the code was not resetting. We received a call from Angel, the service manager, who informed us they had also discovered a P207F (DEF quality code) and the cause was contaminated DEF in our trucks DEF tank. We had just filled up the tank prior to receiving the original code (P203F) and while the DEF gauge was registering as 100% full, the check engine code was still on. Angel informed us, due to the contamination in our DEF the $2400 repair would not be covered under warranty. I was informed the mechanic had pulled a sample from our truck and it registered as 34%. According to American Petroleum Institute, 34% concentration of urea is still within specifications; however, Speck advised it was of their opinion the DEF was contaminated and it would not be covered.I contacted the local fueling station and got in touch with the fuel company. A sample was pulled from the DEF bulk tank and a sample from my truck, at my own request. Both samples were sent off to a Pilot J lab and returned with results showing zero contaminants or any reason to warrant the code being thrown. This information was provided to both Speck and FCA Corporate who both continued to deny the repair under warranty. This all took place over the course of two weeks, during which we were denied a rental and so were out of our truck for the entire duration. I finally instructed the dealership to clean out the tank and pump with distilled water, reinstall, and Id deal with the issue myself. After picking the truck back up, I provided my own DEF and the codes cleared themselves. I put in 105+ miles after picking it up and have not seen the code return. At no time did Speck change their diagnosis of the truck and at the time of pickup, had me sign an acknowledgement I was refusing the repair. The quoted repair was for a part which did not require any fix. The diagnosis was not a diagnosis at all -- it was simply looking at the first possible cause for the code (P207F) and shoving that down my throat. When presented with information which showed the original diagnosis was not legitimate, Speck did not look into any other causes for the code and again indicated I needed to replace the pump. What is the point in having a warranty when the dealership and corporate turn a blind eye to legitimate information, simply to deny the repair in order to turn a profit. Based on this experience, I agree with the notion dealerships employee salesmen (service writes) and parts changers (mechanics). The notion of repairing vehicles is out the window. In closing, the DEF pump they quoted cost $1,750. Interestingly enough, I could source the same MOPAR DEF pump from Athens Dodge for $1,190 shipped. Of course, there turned out to be nothing wrong with the pump in the first place, but still -- if you need service, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. If youre looking to simply have parts changed out on a whim, go to Speck.- Jonathan
For a dealership that’s advertising auto sales and supposedly having some huge promo going on it was VERY disappointing with the VERY few selections on the lot. Note I drove all the way from Yakima after a 10 hr shift waiting for 25 min in this heat passing back and forth from Chevy dealership to dodge and not once was I confronted by any sales personal.
Awesome People! Great Prices!
I came to see Dan Couch! His customer service is above and beyond anyone around the town I live in. Hes the only person Ill buy a car from! And the Speck store was great. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dan Couch & Speck!
Drove 48 minutes away for the memorial sale they had but not even close add say they give up to $4,000 extra of Kelley bluebook but I was told they use another one they dont use kelley bluebook because then if the car doesnt sale they will have to take it to Auction and they need to get at least what they pay for the car i wish they stay with the truth and not lie to get people in thats not how you get business the hole 4 million dollars they have to pay people leasing or pay offs was not even mentioned to me sad to say but its all a scam to get people in will not be coming here or referring anyone here.# update owner tells me to call to get it addressed but had me waiting on the phone for over 10min yeah like I said worse customer service
I was able to get my car in for service quickly and fixed in a great amount of time. Great job!
By far the best customer service weve ever experienced from a car dealer. We felt no pressure and they worked with us every way possible. Dan, Ramon and Mac did A great job to get us in a Jeep that met me and my familys needs. Thank you Speck team for taking care of us,Ray and Alicia DeLeon
Very happy with everything except they don’t wash your car
Lial Rivera at Speck CJDR was great to work with. He was honest straight forward and replied to my texts and calls within seconds when no other dealership would take the time to do so. Though I did not buy a truck from them because we could not make the numbers work he did his best to do so and offered me good money for my current vehicle. I absolutely plan to shop with them moving forward due to the great service received by the sales department.
Good service. Clean facility.
The guy who helped us was good and nice but car got carbon monoxide poisoning and wer told part was ordered and never was and got sick from it
Speck Didge took care of us yesterday and they were very great to work with. We have two Dodge service departments in the area and I wont ever go to the Tri Cities after multipile bad experiences. Speck Sunnyside it is!
Always have a great experience getting my oil changed. Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price.
I had a detail done on my car and they left it looking like new. Thanks guys.
Easy visit! Everyone was helpful and my car is like new again!
Speck received me promptly with respect. They kept me well informed on the repair with the electrical technician explaining everything including options for the repair.
I had a great experience. they did everything they could to get me my dream car n im thankful for that
Very nice staff. Very informative quick service
I have to say, I was completely leery of going to MidValley for any issues with my vehicle, due to previous experiences. Before the management change, I had been given extensive estimate sheets with things I should fix right away, which were not accurate, and had things done to my vehicle that I had not asked for (or wanted). It was also always an issue to find someone at the Service counter. My current experience with Speck, having taken over MidValley, is positive. My 2015 Jeep Cherokee began acting up, displayed some truly funky problems with braking systems and the *Stop/Start function, and with the summer season ahead I was worried about safety on the roads. Rick and the staff at Speck worked to diagnose the issue: they listened and documented the symptoms I described. In the end it took a few visits to find the error signal to diagnose what was wrong, but it turned out my transmission (after only 64,000 miles), was a goner— thankfully I was still under warranty. Rick and the staff helped get me a loaner Jeep, went to bat with Chrysler to prove the issue was within warranty (with 2 pages of notes), and got me back on the road in 23 days with a new transmission.Thank you for all your work!!!*I never use the Stop/Start system, and have always turned the button off. It malfunctioned, tried to activate anytime I was slowing down, jerked my braking and then linked to turn on the dashboard engine light. This, coupled with the strange phenomenon of having the engine push rpms when my foot was off the pedal before chunkily shifting, was a huge red flag.
Excellent customer service esp. Dani, she went above and beyond her job for making sure that I am ok when I lost a tire on my Chrysler Pacifica. Got it replaced with snow tires (which I am going to get from Les Schwab) for a better price and dropped off my vehicle to my place (6 miles) while I am away on a commitment during Thanksgiving Friday. She took care of all my worries and I am truly grateful for all her effort and their crew. Great job!
Such an Awesome Team! It felt like family!
I have been bring my Jeep SRT-8 here for oio changes ever since i bought it 6 months ago from the sunnyside C.specks store. By the way had a great experience with buying it. Ralph overe there is awesome.Speck CJDR is quick and courteous when i go in to schedule my services. Tech does good work by not leaving any stains in my interior grease marks on the exterior. They have also done a good job notifying me on other areas of the vehicle needing attention. Overall it is a great place to bring your vehicle in for services. I reccomend them.
Worse customer service experience was on hold for over 15min on the phone trying to talk to someone avoid this place
The people that work there are amazing! I highly recomend Speck Chrysler and Jeep.
Had some recalled parts replaced on our car, really nice people and great at quick service.
Sure would be nice to see the inventory...Ive been on the website for the last 3 days and the same things Im looking at say pictures coming soon....what a joke! Cant really sell anything without seeing them 1st.
Carlos and team took great care of me and customer service was just amazing!!!!! Thank you for all your help!!!!
Biggest scammer ever! Don’t ever take your vehicle in for any service luis and the head mechanic are worthless scammers. Customer service is completely trash. They will lie to your face. Biggest waste of time.

Great customer service
Great people
Friendly service
I feel disappointed with this car company, 3 months ago I bought a 2016 chrysler that supposedly had a value of $ 15,500 and now resolved that I have a debt of $ 25,000, which does not have the value of the car, they are charging me a guarantee of more of $ 8000 dollars, which until now has not served me because it has already been twice that I have it fixed for a transmission problem that it has and they return it to me the same, and other defects that the car has.
