Terrible customer service, no listening and no one helping. Service here is rude, I will be changing pharmacies. I dont like to be asked why Im getting something filled so often. Its none of your business talk to my doctor if your able to obtain the information. Rude. Cancer isnt something Id like to go around telling people. Terrible head pharmacist, needs some customer service training. -5 stars.

Worst pharmacy ever! Worst customer service ever! There needs to be a -5 option. Turned my husbands prescription in last Saturday, was told it would be in by Wednesday. Okay no problem, he had enough to get him to that day. Go in Wednesday, prescription was never even ordered!!!! Was then promised it would be in Thursday. Mind you this is medication he needs every day. Go in Thursday and they still cant find it. The guy helping me was rude and had no solution other than keep checking back without giving me an actual reason why my husbands medication still wasnt in. He then proceeded to blame the manufacturer and when I asked him to call them and figure out what was going on he changed the subject. So today I call to check on the status of the meds. After being put on hold for almost 10 min they tell me the meds are on back order and wont be in until late January, then hangs up. Each time we were treated like we didnt matter and that my husband not getting his meds wasnt their problem. And it took them a week to give us an actual reason why they didnt have his meds. Cherry on top, my husbands doctors office is closed until Wednesday due to Christmas so he cant even get in there to get a different prescription. If Walmart would have given us an actual answer sooner my husband could have gone to his doctor to get it sorted out before the long weekend!! So for anybody thinking of using this Walmart pharmacy, DONT!!!Added note: after reading other reviews I completely agree that the staff is TERRIBLE and something needs to change!

If I could give 0 stars I would, every time I go here there is 4+ people working yet what only one that can help customers? Then you wait for them further to fill it after you gave them days, honestly pathetic.

Horrible service. If they didn’t have the cheapest medicine. They would lose all the business!!! Employees are alll so rude don’t even bother to go the extra step to help the customers!!!!! Walmart Management is horrible for not fixing the problem already!!!!!!!

Horrible experience here. They told me my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. I went back after 40 minutes and they didnt even fill it. Very rude people working there. A gal there tried arguing with me even though Im just the customer.

Walmart should be ashamed for the level of rude behaviour over the phone and the condescending way they treat customers. Screw those jerks. Moving to Rite-Aid. At least they dont close for lunch.

If they didnt have the cheapest drugs in my area I wouldnt go there. Their electronic system doesnt work well and they are frequently out of items. Their staff is rude, argumentative, and not at all helpful.
